  1. Sorry for the late response, i was away and couldn't keep up with my thread.

Again, thank you all for your support,

I'm going to try to answer all of your questions below :

I rarely have problem updating my gear, but it does sometimes happen. I know that it will probably happen when i try to exit the gear menu but it doesn't let me. Then nothing works and the same thing happen than after a mission, loading screen then login screen. But again, this happens rarely at most, and i could bear with that.

I have no problems whatsoever with other online games, everything works great except for WF.

I have done all the updates on my computer, and the problem is still happening.

As the support said, i disabled directx11 and 10 in the launcher, put both executable files in the exceptions on my firewall programs.

UPDATE: I noticed this only happens at one place in particular, everywhere else I have no problem. At first I thought it was the internet speed being only 10Mb/s compared to other places i play where it's at least 30Mb/s, but recently i went to my friend's cottage up north where the internet is barely 1Mb/s and I could play online, offline no problem.

    Thanks again :3

  2. My connection is always smooth, 60 fps <30 ms ping all the time. Something i noticed is my credits are missing in both reports.

For the updates i did them all when i got my laptop, but i'll try and search for more.

(Btw i'm in computer science so i know my stuff)

Thanks for the quick response btw :3

  3. Hello fellow tennos,

I am posting here *again* for a last attempt at fixing my problem. I've asked numerous times the warframe support team but they do not seem to understand the source of my problem.

For a little while now, I am unable to play on my brand new laptop. I've been able to for like 2 weeks right after i bought it, but then a little problem started to happen. Right after whichever game i play, i would see the mission report screen with the animation where my tenno gets on his ship. But then, when i get back on my ship, I would see the mission report screen for one to three seconds, (with somehow the camera further away from my tenno than usual) and then a loading screen would come up and i would get redirected to the login screen, effectively losing all my progress. This only happens on my laptop.

I've tried reinstalling the game, connecting my laptop with an ethernet cable, but no success.

I've tried everything the support team told me, disabling DirectX, enabling UPSP (or whatever it's called). The only time i didn't get disconnected is when i did my rank 5 mastery challenge, where i would only lose my progress (aka still rank 4 maxed) and i would have to wait 24 hours like i failed the mission.

Have a nice day and, thank you to whomever answer this thread.

  4. I don't know why, but each time i end a game online (doesn't seem to happen in solo), my game suddenly comes back to the login screen before i cant exit the mission report screen back on my ship. This made me lose a lot of rare loot, such as 200+ oxium, 20+ gallium (i know its not that rare but i needed some for a recipe) and more than 2 hours of gameplay wasted.

I know that I can't get back my loot unless it's a void mission, or any paid res sources to get in mission, which I'm scared to do since i don't want to waste a key and 40+ min of gameplay.

I don't know if this happened to anyone else, but it's kinda weird and annoying. I tried reinstalling the game, rebooting my computer, updating drivers, restarting the internet etc.

At the beginning i figured it was a connection problem, so i connected my laptop directly in the router, but that didn't fixed it.

So I'm turning to you now, fellow Tennos to help me fix this problem.

If it's of any help, here are my laptop's specs:

Operating System: Windows 10 Home 64-bit

    Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz (8 CPUs), ~2.6GHz

    Memory: 8192MB RAM

Card name: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M

    Display Memory: 6041 MB

    Dedicated Memory: 1995 MB

    Shared Memory: 4045 MB
