its worked after i disabled my antivirus(avg) :)

i could play this game until last week. after last week i couldnt update the game anymore. when i start the launcher it become like this

if i click close the program, something like this appeared

after i click ok it become like this

and i dont have any idea how to open the crash handler.

the game work well before.

my spec

i have dual gpu, the other was nvidia 525m 1 GHz
