    I agree to the atlas landslide mechanic should be given to the rhino's charge but the armor is well...too big i'ts enought he allready have iron skin maybe this is not so op as old days but stil it is somekind of armor

  2. Hello i dont want to write here too much to dont make your eyes blow. I just want to say that i see a lot of ppl that cry to change nekros and excal...well this is intresting they complain about similar things 4 abilities..the nekros players want something like actual ulti -but  with scythe maybe without autoblock or something like that dont remember and the ppl complain that excalibur isn't actually the swordman-which i agree he is much much more like turret with some CC abilities i rly dont care about your flame bla bla bla just want to ask you for the opinion does it wouldn't better to change excal 4 skill more like swordman and the nekros like the dark one which he really is tchis would bring some more balance to these frames..nekros is squishy and have poor damage he is actualy juz frame that his 3 ability is just well...spamed when he acctualy need somebody who will take care of him like babysitter .And give excal proper ulti so ppl be happy and dont complain to these both subjects anymore i just need to add that i think it would be good excal isn't acctualy so defendless like nekros and anyway have fair enought surv. I just ask for somebody to see this post and give some opinion . If want to cry like: ,,omg rly" ,,do u have brain?" and etc any kind of flame just ignore this post and go on P.S srry for bad english

    What do I mean by brainlessness. EBlade isn't OP, but it is a universal answer to pretty much anything. If you want to melee - you EBlade stuff. You want to shoot - you EBlade stuff. You want AoE - you EBlade stuff. You want single target damage - you get the idea...

     

     

    Yeah, as the game goes, weapon which can outperform EBlade in some of these categories start to appear, but not in the overall versality. Basically, most of the time, the only reason you don't want to have EBlade up is to conserve energy.

     

     

     

     

     

    And, actually it isn't bad. I'm perfectly fine with it. It's an ultimate which gives you a weapon. Why shouldn't it be an ultimate weapon?

     

     

     

     

     

    Tha real problem is, all of the above is achieved via simply tapping melee attack button.

     

     

    There's an unique stance, and that's good. But the stance pretty much does nothing. The most effective way to fight with EBlade is by simply tapping attack as fast as you can. Combos are effectively drop your damage, due to being slower, while not providing noticeable reward for using them, aside from style points. Yeah, there's a ragdoll attack in the end of a one particular combo, but how often you ever going to actually land it? You better off with just swinging EBlade and not caring for actual combos.

     

     

    And it's not like you actually want to melee stuff. Why would you want to melee stuff, when energy waves do it faster?

     

     

     

     

     

    So, in the end, best option is to sit in a place and spam waves. Which isn't bad, tbh, but isn't that cool and epic™.

     

     

     

     

     

    So, with the walltext of my reasoning being over, what do I actually suggest:

     

     

     

     

     

    Rework for EBlade:

     

     

    1) Make it an actual longsword (the ones you hold with both hands - close to what heavy blades are);

     

     

    2) Keep it average speed the same;

     

     

    3) Increase its range to something like Orthos P range;

     

     

    4) Increase (double) its damage;

     

     

    5) Return 100% damage block from the front, when not swinging it, add some damage block when you do swing it;

     

     

    6) Remove waves from the basic combo;

     

     

     

     

     

    Then, rework for the stance itself:

     

     

    1) First combo is pretty much unchanged, save for the fact Excal is not swinging energy Skana, but a considerably bigger (visually and effectively) longsword. This is the combo you'll be using when you're running around as it doesn't affect your movement;

     

     

    2) Second combo should consist of wide attacks with moderate damage multiplier. It could use some dashes and spins, but not for the first hits. This is the combo you'll be using when fighting in a croud;

     

     

    3) Third combo should be a single-target killer, consisting primarily of vertical slashes and thrusts with high damage multipliers. Last attack could be an aimed thrust (meaning you could aim it at enemy/boss weak spot for maximum effectiveness) with even higher damage multiplier. Optionally, opening target for a finisher, if it somehow managed to survive the final thrust (I'm looking at you, enemy scaling);

     

     

    4) Second and third combo should provide innate knockback immunity;

     

     

    5) Finally, fourth combo is the combo that allows you to fire waves again. Waves should be bigger and deal more damage than before (to match the EBlade damage itself) but the combo itself should progress very slowly with a big time windows between swings, going vertical slashes and ending with wide horisontal ones. This combo probably shouldn't have actual movements in itself, to allow the old trick of sitting and shooting waves, but you wouldn't be able to do it while running.

     

     

     

     

     

    If it's possible, combo selection should be possible on the very first hit. I get, that everyone should just get gud, but when you're trying to react to what is happening around you, and what you need to do as a result - ability of precise selection of your options is a good design.

     

     

    Let's say, 1st combo is usual E, E, E, E; 2nd is E, pause, E....; 3rd is hold E, E... and 4th is RMB + E, E... - something like that.

     

     

     

     

     

    Also, one of a very nice part of current EBlade is sliding Radial Blind. It's a great thing, that makes you sometimes stop spamming waves. How about expanding this idea further?

     

     

    1) Sliding attack stays Radial Blind as it is. Arguable, could use some animation changes. For example, the sword itself just flashing in mid-swing, without additional following animation;

     

     

    2) Jump attack becomes toned down version of Slash Dash - no multi-targeting, shorter distance, slightly different animation, but still providing a little homing effect (just a little) and movement capabilities;

     

     

    3) Slam attack procs Radial Javeling at the end, for the radius just slightly wider than the slam itself. Damage or/and number of targets are toned down;

     

     

    4) Wall attack gives you a second EBlade which does 7 times the damage, because no one uses wall attacks.

     

     

     

     

     

    As the atmospheric part (aka "mah Skana on Excal"), the new EBlade could be a transformed Skana itself. I mean, when Excal uses his ultimate, he draws his usual Skana first, and then with a visible effort transforms it into a big longsword.

     

     

     

     

     

    Slash Dash, Radial Blind and Radial Javelin all use the same Skana animation, unless EBlade is activated. If that's the case, Skana in animations is changed for the longsword, while the abilities themself receive some bonus of a sort.

     

     

     

     

     

    Sooo... There are my little thoughts on Excalibur's Eblade. Thank you for reading, if you somehow was able to made it (I'm sure I wouldn't).
     
    LOL? it's a;ready press to win button just clicking E til you lost finger  almoust no skill need to have tons of dmg with him and great surv when he blocking everything add lifestrike to it and that's all. Rly? increase the damage? i hope youre kidding and no1 will even think to make these rework get into life .

    Someone mentioned his nuking capabilities. The best example is the Juggernaut. You can sit in front of him permanently, then when he rears up one shot him or if you don't hide back in the rift.

    Use second ability, use 3rd ability. That gives you damage immunity and a 3.5 time damage multiplier.

     

    Press 1 on a target, use the 100% knockdown to you a ground finisher with 3.5 times damage. 100k+ hits with melee weapons.

     

    Need a bit of AOE or hallway heroing, use his 4th on a corridor sit in the rift with damage boost and fire into cataclysm from afar.

     

    The only two rules for limbo:

    1.Don't ever sit in cataclysm. 

    2. Don't use cataclysm unless you have to.

    Ah look at that; the truth at last. Limbo isn't the problem; the problem is you. That's why I suggested Valkyr. If you don't want to think in this game and just "relax in game withou't making plan of battle like what" then pick any one of the press-4-to-win warframes like Valkyr, Ash, Ember, and so on, and go be that. But don't complain about Limbo being hard just because you won't put the effort into learning how to use him right. He's clearly not for you.

BTW liten i didn't came here to be salty and cry tha limbo is bad bla bla bla nope. i Just told my opinion on him and asked for tips that's all and instead of that i got flame comments from brainless players who thinks he is so pro blah blah and he ate all knowledge blah blah . And if u want to know i spit on valkyr 0 skill need shiet atleast there's a lot more frames that aren't so hard as limbo but still needs a little moves that's all .     You can nuke with limbo, try staticor or ogris, you can charge while in the rift and release the rift+bullets and recast riftwalk. You can cast cataclysm on a group of ennemies and kill them from the rift when you're safe in a corner... Like some people said, he's skill based but very high tier.

     

    They could make a better set for him since 1 and 2 could be on the same spell, but even now he's really good.

     

    You want to nuke ? Equinox. Want to tank ? Wukong. I'm sure you'll love those two ^^

    Nuke and tank? my chroma that's all ^^ And i dont like penta ogris tonkor etc. it makes game too easy with no sense to kill whole room with just 1 blast

    Strongest? dont think so he is just a paper with cool mechanics and abilities looks but nothing mroe than just a paper? most powerful ? chroma can kick his &#! not even noticing him same as valkyr ash loki frost rhino volt etc etc i can like this whole day...it just sucks for me no matter of build there will not be a way to be highest dmg with limbo withou't die like a dog

Hi , yea xD as i said in topic iin my opinion limbo sucks so hard that he shouldn't even be able to use , no matter what i just can't deal good dmg with him , i was thinking it's about abilities combo or something no matter what even with x4 dmg and his rift sourge augment. it's not about the dmg  complain i mean ..when i want to combine my 3 with 4..well 1st of all he die so fast that i can't really even cast 4 to dont lost 90% of my hp or just die like an idiot. Can anybody tell me his build or tutorial to play this..something? O.o I really love idea of warframe betwen dimensions..but this? O.o wut wut wut? O.o

    I ll answer for that with this:  THIS guy made all those thing looks good it seems the frame will not have any problems with use weapons, if basicly in normal state he is just like humanoid . that's all .

    oh and P.S I LOOKING FOWARD TO SEE THIS FRAME IN THE GAME

  15. Well hello to everyone 1st of all like in every of my post im sorry for my english <yea it sucks> i hope it won't disturb you to understand me . A way loooong time ago to was the GREAT fan of excalibur even when his 4rd skill was radial javelins and it was useless a bit but after the rework woho i was feeling like on christmas when unpacking gift .....And now i left him . And nothing going to change , you gonna ask why? well I just noticed that many of frames in game suuuch unbalanced that they run whole fun of going into epic battle . foe example ash u see 50 of enemies pessing 4 <this fk win button> and what? no one survive valkyr? < i won't even comment it>  excalibur? well now whole logic to win is about this freaking win button , only difference  is that u need  to spam E till you lost your finger . SO i want to ask DE or anybody who can change it .. plz stop making those fun killing 4 buttons .It's so unfair that most of warframes are balanced and they are not enought strong to kill everything with just 1 skill- i mean it's ok they need to mix their abillities and be more active in battle to survive. When the rest of those sh**s pressing 4 and that's all. Fk anahilate, the end of the world, not even try so hard and it's,Actually the end with just only finger move....4

     

    Im asking to fix those thing there's no fun to have frame that is unkillable if u dont even need to think , or train. That's all sorry again for my really bad english.

Well all ideas are really amazing only thing i would add to this make spectral scream - bigger range , Effigy - well it's funny that they call this frame dragon when only think what links him with dragon is that 1st for now totaly useless skill. Make it lower to cost with energy this not even eating energy it's like burning it most of all these ideas i love the idea of 1st skill and 3rd when yea he need the thing of more agro for god sake he's a tanky one here.I waiting and hope for those changes in future. P.S sorry for bad english

True ..but as the codex says ..,,Rhino is the hardest warframe" maybe about weight that's all seems codex says he got offensive abillities and defensive well yea...he got them 1 skill is allmoust not usable cuz of no dmg kicking enemies to fly into stars making u need to chase for them...<remember the dmg is poor> the iron skin is crap he was supposted to survive the hardest fight not few second of bigger fire .3 is great yea... this isn't the too overpowered like valkyr or chroma but 4..it should also get a bit buffs about the damage making it worth using to kill enemies not only to get few seconds to safely revive down tenno. 

    Even the inaros who isn't a tank in fact is much harder to kill than rhino
