  1. Instead of spending little resources on creating new reskins of some weapons, a decision appears to reintroduce old exclusives. A strategic move that shows middle finger to those who were there years ago. Playing the game and who knows, possibly supporting it in other ways.

    In other games it does feel rewarding when you know you only have limited opportunity to be rewarded. I mean, especially if you trust the developer enough to feel rewarded for years after.

    Wow.

    Pyrana is my usual to go secondary weapon. I absolutely love it. I was surprised to see both the damage buff and the damage fall off notes.

    I have played the post-update Pyrana. It's disappointing. It's underwhelming. It's underpowered. It's an utter crap.

    With my build, I would deal at least about 5k damage per pellet to an armored level 70+ Grineer unit. I just took the weapon to Caloris (Mercury), a level 6 Grineer mission. The weapon dealt 700 damage to a level 6 unit. Tested it on more difficult missions too. It's fine against the Infested from up close. But it's noticeably worse.

    The added damage fall off is the culprit here. I don't understand. Pyrana was a niche weapon. I see players use Marelok, Euphona, Lex, Aklex, Akstiletto, Furis, Sicarus. While I believe that some use(d?) Pyrana, I haven't met many such players. And this niche weapon gets nerfed. I'm shocked.

    Seriously guys. Have you really used the weapon pre-nerf? Do you have a fresh memory of how cool it was? Have you tested it after? Judging by all these opinions, you clearly haven't.

    Pyrana did get a damage buff. So what. Even shooting an enemy in the face doesn't feel as powerful as shooting enemies from afar with a pre-nerf Pyrana felt.

    I'd rather the weapon was omitted in the balance pass.

     

    Hopefully, it gets fixed soon.

    That is the true beneficiary of login rewards, for everyone else they will be worthless 99% of the time.

    I'm mastery rank 0. Still can't make use of samples.

  4. I know that people end up getting many anasa sculptures in a row from daily sorties. It's a bad RNG all right. But there aren't many sortie rewards to begin with.

    It's a little bit different with daily log in rewards, there are lots of different rewards to be claimed.

    Yet out of 10 last days I got 8x "2 detonite amplues" with one platinum dicscount and one credit reward to break the growing combo.

    Did something like this happen to anyone else? Seriously, I would take it lightly if it was some other resource (something actually useful in particular).

  6. You get an indication.

    You can get off the wall and keep the bonus so you can use it later. It'll be there till your next shot.

    Yes, you can wall latch over and over till you get the bonus.

    It activates (or not) upon latching, not during the latch.

    Dunno if it affects thrown weapons, I believe it doesn't. For some reason it doesn't work for projectile weapons and thrown melees count as projectiles, right? x)

    Arcanes don't work in Conclave.
