Ping to add that I also have this issue. My map matches every other one I can find but despite visiting all of the caves again I cannot get it to pop.

[Lost Drop Before Hotfix]

Similar. I just had one of the most grueling runs with three random folks (Whangd00dle, FancyWaffle and SkipYourMeals) and we spent a solid hour  praying for one last E1 before they went into the vault. We got one to drop but at 3892 Cryo Fancy got dropped, and the remaining 3 left, but after the hotfix I don't have any of the relics or things we spent so long trying to get. Really I just want the E1, I don't care about all the other axis or mods we got =/

[Jackal Invincible]

Was taking a new player to get Rhino. One Run Jackal just refused to die, Second run was fine, third run took some damage then just stopped taking any more. Heard it might be to do with Radiation damage making him want to attack his own legs. Please advise.
