[Circuit host migration may cause Nidus to lose all mutation stacks]

When completing a round of Circuit and spawning in to the next round Nidus may be set back down to 0 mutation stacks if the previous host decided to extract and a host migration is caused.

- How can this bug be reproduced?

1. Play as nidus on circuit.  2. Obtain x amount of mutation stacks and complete current round.  3. Have current host extract and have Nidus move on to next round

Host migraton
