    The Barrakutta is a Grineer Heavy Blade chainsaw with high impact and critical chance but low slash and status chance. Channeling revs up the motor doubling its status chance and swaps damage values between impact and slash. But also makes it alarming. Smoke and fire shoot from exhaust pipe while channeling.

  2. What this would do is create the illusion that Warframes are using one weapon for both melee and ranged attacks. Simply by using duplicate skins for melee and ranged weapons of similar size.  Like using a Lesion skin on Scourge or vise versa or large riffles with a great sword bayonet attachment and a great sword using that same skin. Same concept with dual wield pistols and dual blade weapons.  Simply equip both skins then set your melee to Invisible while holstered.

    Wow! There's a lot of details there love the concept and the reward mechanics you came up with. Definitely see the similarities in our ideas I definitely think something like this would keep players on the plains and add a bit of depth to such a big basically unused space.

  4. predators of the Plains would add more wild life like large land Predators birds of prey and grazing animals to hunt. With targets assigned by Master Teasonai you can only hunt with his Spears and bows and other tribal type weapons that he sells to preserve The Pelts and organs. 

    Mission requirements:

     Must reach the rank of Kin with the Ostron

    Speak to Master Teasonai and purchase  blue prints for a hunters bow and or spear for 1000 Ostron each. ( blue prints for stronger weapons of these type may be purchased later upon reaching a higher rank of Hunter.) Bows focus more on accuracy Spears power.

    Master Teasonai Dialogue: "Tenno the plains were once teaming with life. Beasts of the wild both  large and small. But then the Grineer came and spread across the plains like a wild fire the creaters fled from their fire and fumes. but it would appear that your efforts to cull their hold on the Plains is working. My fellow hunters have seen sighs of the beasts return." 

    Still working on Animal types but I imagine very dangerous creatures large birds of prey or bat like creatures, big cats, rampaging herbivores both day time and nocturnal creatures. Cave dellers and maybe even some large burrowers. The new resources they'll drop like pelts, bones, and organs will be harvested to make custom armors and weapons with a Ostron tribal theme. 

    Any input on suggestions would be greatly appreciated. 

    Feel free to post any artwork or Concepts of any Eidolon planes wildlife that you can think of.

    the hacker and the Drone master Warframe. Armada is a Master hacker and can summon multiple drones to the battlefield to Aid himself and his allies.  ( 4 At Max rank)

    Ability 1- Drop Drone (offensive)

    Opens up selection wheel Armada can pick from a selection of 4 assault-type drones.

     

    Ability 2- Drop Drone (defensive)

    Opens up selection wheel Armada can pick from the selection of 3 defensive type drones.

     

       Ability 3- Hive hacker

    gains additional hack time he can now hack dormant consoles present throughout most tile sets. To set up environmental hazard and booby traps.

     

    Ability 4- Slash releases a large melee  scorpion like assault drone.

     

    Note: Placing riffle mods mods in Primary weapon configuration C will affect all drones In his ability 1 wheel.

                           Abilities 

     

          1- (Drop drone *offensive)

     

    With the use of nanotechnology and advanced AI Armada is a walking drone production factory capable of deploying multiple drones onto the battlefield (4 at max rank). Hold  button 1 to access offensive drone selection wheel

     

    up: will deploy rifle Wasp, aerial assault drones that will attack targets with laser rifle fire.

     

    Down:  to a deploy terror mite small spider like ground assault drones that will attack targets using small  projectile blades. Both types  can receive commands (hold position) ( follow me) (concentrate fire: all drones fire on your cross hair )

     

    left: launches Fire Fly, A single laser guided drone loaded with a high yield warhead that detonates on impact or can be remote detonated for an explosion to damage or kill near by enemies. (Drone can be guided by cross-hairs or waypoint marker.)

     

    Right: Armada launches head lice, a swarm of small homing drones that seek out enemies and and latch onto their faces causing brief panic while emitting a bullet attractor making them susceptible to headshots . If no enemy is in range they will crawl around on floors and walls like flies waiting for a target or until they expire. (Synergizes with rifle Wasp for increased accuracy)

     

              2-(Drop drone *defensive)

     

    Up: relases E.M.D. a small med drone with no offensive capabilities. It will hover around players giving shield a buff similar to Shield ospreys. If a player is downed E.M.D. will immediately break off and take position above a down player erecting a shield around them. If Armada recast E.M.D. during that time it will begin to administer life support slowing  the revive timer for the downed player at the cost of a high drain on Armada's energy pool if the player dies, is revived, or energy is depleted the Drone self-destructs.

     

    Left: releases Covert, a small remote surveillance drone with toggle stealth mode capabilities. (Constant energy drain while in use and using stealth mode depletes energy pool at twice the rate. pilot controls similar to archwing)  this drone can remote hack consoles and doors. Any enemies or loot spotted are tagged on all squad members radar. (Armada is vulnerable while piloting this drone.)

     

    Right: deploys Scav, a small cockroach like drone with no offensive capabilities. Scav will scurry around the battlefield salvaging alloys from fallen enemies and random debris.  It will then latch on to a team mate and use this salvage to replenish a portion of that members armor. While also decrease incoming damage by a small % for 30 seconds  while repairs are made before detaching and repeating the process. Unless  incoming damage is too great then Scav will be destroyed.

     

    Down: is reserved for a customized drone squad deployment. Launch up to 4 drones simultaneously (you pre-select up to 4 drones in the arsenal under the powers screen that are automatically mapped to this button.)

     

                    3-( Hack)

     

    Armada enters hack mode ( constant energy drain while active) in this state he can now hack dormant consoles located throughout any tile set( this is a high level hack no Cypher may be used) On a successful hack he gains access to environmental controls for his general location. With this he can set various booby traps using the tiles sets own props ie: cause a reactor to melt down triggering an AOE radiation effect, cause generators to overload giving off an Electric discharge, pipes to burst triggering a coolant leak or gas AOE affect, trigger Grineer mining equipment to attack, or rapidly depressurize a section of a ship or Galion disorientating and confusing enemies. All viewable by him via hacked security cams.

     

                      4-(Slash)

     

    Armada deploys his most powerful drone by ejecting his exoskeletal Nano plate armor at the cost of his total armor and 1/2 of his Shields. Slash is a large very fast and agile scorpion like ground assault drone  (similar to Zanuka hunter in function and size) that deals high slash and puncture damage melee attacks rag dolling most enemies. Due to its high threat level it will draw enemy fire. The drone will fight until energy pool is depleted, destroyed or recalled.  ( recast to recall) . Abilitys 1 and 2 may not be used while Ravager is deployed. And All drones previously deployed self destruct. (All drone production components are located on the exoskeletal nano plates located on The Slash drone itself.)

     

           Passive abilities-Overclocked

    Armada gets a bonus 10 seconds on all hacking has a small chance to Auto Cipher any hack.

     

                 

     

                    Augment mod:

    Flying Fortress- After launching 3 aerial assault drones and 1 E.M.D. the drones take position around Armada and erect a shield around him while firing at any targets in rang. If a drone is destroyed they will resume normal attack patterns until there are 4 drones to compleat the formation. ( drones will not give squad members shield buffs while this mod is active.)

    Notes:

    - I haven't came up with casting costs or damage values for each drone or ability as of yet.

     

    -I'm sure with all the drones there would be questions concerning frame rate. Keep in mind these drones are very small not much larger than a Broodmother maggot with minimal or no moving parts.

     

    -Any suggestions or feedback would be greatly appreciated.

    It's rather complicated, but I think it could be tailored to transports and Infested and your general model. I added a time component to mine that prevented it from being potentially endless. But I really love your idea and I think it would give credence to the idea that the Infested are a system-wide threat. Also, it's long past due that we get to see the people the Tenno are supposedly fighting for.

    That would be a fun mission type. I like the idea of giving tenno a choice of how to get to extraction. And it got me thinking about not just limiting Evac missions to just the Infested. Thanks man you've given me some fresh ideas.

    This also sounds like it'd make an interesting alert mission, since it would also truly feel like an emergency.

    I feel the exact same way. I think it would be awesome to have a more hands on role in defending the innocent in different ways.

  8. Emergency EVAC Alert Mission

    You and your team must escort a transport vehicle full of refugees out of a heavily enemy occupied area to a safe evacuation point. While stopping along the way to save other refugees from small enemy strong holds. Then you must get them to the vehicle all while protecting it from enemy attack. Also clearing barricades along the way (possibly large Lephantis type worms, Grineer drill tanks or large Corpus Proxies burst from the ground blocking your path as well. Depening on the faction.)
       The transport vehicle itself has a armor and energy bar. The energy bar is drained while the transport vehicle is moble and by attacks from specialized energy drain enemy units depending on Faction. It must be refilled by killing energy canister carrying type enemys, retrieving the dropped canister, then returning it to the transport. 
    The transport vehicles armor is depleted by enemy attacks. Armor WILL NOT REGENERATE but the transport will benefit from armor buffs. If the transport is destroyed the mission is lost.

    Notes:

    :The transport will drive around the map in search of enemy strongholds. When the transport nears a refugee in destress the driver will Alert you to their life signs and mark their location on your map.


     :Missions will require you to rescue a set number of refugees before extraction can be reached. With higher level missions requiring more rescues.

    :Rescuing extra refugees along the way is optional. But mission bonuses are awarded for each extra refugee on bord the transport after extraction.

    :The maximum number of extra refugees per mission is capped at the same number of that missions required rescue amount.(if a mission requires 3 refugees for completion 3 extra can be carried to extraction * optional)

     

    :While standing on top of the transport near the front there is an option to make it stop and go. 
    (But It will stop automatically at roadblocks and enemy pop up barricades.) After the required number of refugees is reached a new "head to extraction" option will become available on this menu. Choosing this option will redirect the transport straight to the extraction point. only extra refugees along this rout my be rescued if their are any. Reaching the max number of required rescues and max number of extra rescues allowed will automatically select this option. 


    :If the mission is played solo two operatives will assist in protecting the transport vehicle only during stops. Similar to Syndicate operatives.

    I think this would be a interesting mission type requiring team work from sqad members to protect the transport and rescue refugees  simultaneously. Any input or suggestions you may have are welcome.
