[Unable to complete RJ mission]

Was working on completing the last node on Saturn, spent about 1.5 hours completing mission. After killing everything on the outside and entering the base I proceeded to kill everything in the base once I did I followed marker which ended up taking me back outside and removed all markers but objective was still needed to complete and unable to enter base again.
