i had this happen to me as well, he was just there on my codex counter, scared the living daylights outta me, is it just random of it spawning after a mission?

its just her being what she is, a Brood mother, the eggs have to go somewhere, best in an enemy than just on the ground where it can get stepped on

so i thought, what if there was a new warframe, one of inaros, to ensnare and consume enemies, with a spider web for defense, similar to volt or frost, and send her children into a frenzy of hungry rage
WIDOW
passive: enemies hit by her abilities are secret carriers of her children, upon death dropping an egg and it hatching immediately with a hungry, baby spider
1. ensare and cocoon : pull and wrap your enemies in a thick web that slowly constructs them, meanwhile Widow or her allies can consume the target to regain health and energy
2. Web : widow creates a web wall, or floor, allowing her allies greater protection or attack from on high, enemies walking through it are either ensnared and killed (if health is low enough) or slowed as they are covered, helpless in her web
3. feed : widow marks one of her enemies, any of her spider children immediately run to the target and rapidly consume it
4 Frenzy : widow stomps forward, letting out a scream and sending her spiders into a feeding frenzy, giving increased movement, damage increase as well as allies gain bonus armor and damage increase

could you guys perhaps open the vault again, i have Reaper p blueprint + reaper prime handle, but i cannot find a single blade for sale or in mission because of the vaulting, so i would very very much like to be able to farm this as i have no platinum or money to spare on platinum, thank you if you can open the vault
