    The tome is a support tool, not a weapon. Build it for fire rate, multishot and use an Invocation mod. It's designed to be used with a caster frame, and that's where it actually works.

    It is so painfully S#&$ as a weapon, at least it becomes mildly tolerable to use with all the FR in the universe, god i wish theyd made at least the FR better and the radius slightly larger so it doesnt feel so terrible to use when its so obscenely strong as a statstick.

    1. Ran to arsenal and swapped loadouts to Chroma (Still Untouched and set to Cold)
    2. Ran to Sim immediately
    3. His abilities are working as intended (Gaining Armor and such)
    4. Decided to chance colors while still in the same Simulacrum Instance (Changed to Heat [red coloration] in Emissive Look A)
    5. Retained only the cold Buffs
    6. Left Sim in that state back to my orbiter (Still now set to heat, but gained cold buffs)

    8. His abilities now are providing the Heat percs of Elemental and Vex
    9. Aborted the mission back to orbiter
    10. Straight back to the arsenal and changed the color of my emissive back to white (for the cold percs)

    12. I am now receiving the cold percs. 

    As per your questions above in accordance to my playstyle: 
    1. I change no controller or key-binds, as I stick to default usage on my Xbox Elite II Controller / keyboard if required. 
    2. While within the SAME instance of Simulacrum and swapping between looks, it persists. if I leave and go back in, it fixes itself, but then reverts to staying on the one last when entering
    Example: Enter with Cold, Cold Works, Swap look with different element, still only Cold, swap to another look with different element, still cold
    3. It breaks the second I decide to change my emissive or look (with a different element) to a different element, staying as the element I entered with. 

    Semi-Current Conclusion
    - Steps 4-6 should not be occurring. 
    - The Simulacrum is causing problems for those who are testing Chroma and want to swap between elements while still in there. 

    Personal Opinion: This should be fixed because having to leave and re-enter the Sim for Chroma testing purposes would be tedious

    Overall Issue: This does not aid that people are not getting Cold, Tox, or Elec when selecting Chroma within the Cave for Duviri, which is a major issue. 

    As I have not had Chroma appear in my own personally within the past day or so, I have not been able to document such. However, players have told me that they are not getting Cold or Toxin for Chroma, but a forced Heat when entering the cave, with their emissive colors correctly set, as well as having their 1 subsumed off. This is what we need being tested more-so. 

    Overall Conclusion: 
    1. Chroma's Emissive Should Not be breaking within the Same Instance of Simulacrum Play (Swapping looks or changing Emissive Coloration)
    2. Chroma is not Changing to his According Emissive when being Selected in the Cave (Forced heat from what people have documented) 


    The second conclusion needs to be looked into WAY MORE than the first, but none of these should be occurring in the first place. 
     

    First point is just cause buff is still lingering, let it expire before swapping, happens with subsumed ward as well and several other buffs.

    Ive gotten chroma a bunch, my appearance slot A is cold, and i get cold, like i want, with his 1 subsumed off.

    Never heard anyone else comment on the element being wrong either and quite a few people i play with played chroma a decent amount for the armor to strength shenanigans the last week or so, everyone uses cold and its been working perfectly as far as ive heard.

  3. Completed it with every objective, and yes including extracted
    Following week when it didnt reset, did it again.

    This week, still didnt reset did it again.

    And yes every time includes extracting.

    Not my first time doing the kahl missions, been doing them for months.

    And to be more clear, its not that its not completed, all the objectives show as completed, but thats precisely the problem.

    Ive had junk run with all the objectives completed for 3 weeks straight now, meaning i cant actually do any objective so i cant get any stock.

  4. Yeah been running solo tridolons for the last little while and i have to go to orbit between every single full cap or its a gigantic pain to stay alive, incredibly annoying.

    Tldr: Cant load from POE to cetus then back to POE, adaptation completely stops functioning, gotta go to orbit inbetween to reset it.

    You have 25% against a freaking inaros, and bere is piss easy with a variety of frames.

    The reason it was hard is because you had no frames capable of actually killing stuff rapidly in a game mode designed around killing enemies quickly.

Which would either entail balancing it for the weakest frame possible so that it would be possible with all frames, making it trivial for every other frame, or disabling abilities and balancing for weapons, and you'd still have to balance it for the weakest possible weapon, every single game there is has a meta, why would warframe be different.

  8. For me tower white is without a doubt the most annoying one so far, the one on ceres is a close second, but frankly this is tedious beyond belief, i really have 0 desire to roam around the plains looking for freaking birds for hours.

    With the other ones you would at least get some value out of it outside of the pigment, but bird farming (other then wings, which....) is useless except for the pigment.

  9. Even the black pigments that drop from vombies (that spawn in droves if you do a tridolon cap set) seem to give 0, ive done a bunch of cap sets and probably killed hundreds of vombies, 0 pigments so far.

  10. Spent 30-40 minutes fishing, went back to the gate, loaded into cetus just fine (and mission results listed all the fishes as well), went to the fishing vendor to fillet all of them but when i went to select the fishes i had none, went into inventory afterwards and had none there either.

    You cant quake banshee in elite, the ability is disabled for 15 seconds after 2 uses, and quake banshee doesnt work at all after the enemies scale even slightly, her cap is about 60-70 if you've got all capped mods (or well her cap is about there if youre expecting to kill the enemies without casting a boatload of times for just a single wave of clear)
     

    And it not being endless is fine, but not being able to reliable handle 8 zones when thats a single cycle of rotations feels... a bit overkill.

    Personally my problem lies in the fact that being able to do it solo is 100% reliant on RNG, if youre gonna run into armored factions on a bad tileset, without 4cp armor makes anything resembling quick clearing impossible.

  12. Open world is a good idea when implemented correctly in a correct type of game, but it can obviously also be horrifically useless. My personal problem with POE is that the open world itself is meaningless, except for mining/fishing the plains themselves are just a large area to traverse between bounties or essentially for an eidolon to exist in.... the majority of the plains consist of the game equivalent of a filler episode, and venus being so much larger (as stated by DE) either needs to be packed with activities or if its just the same deal its going to be not negative, just meaningless.

Unless you need the plague zaw parts, the exodias, or you didnt get the statue last time around its not really worth doing the event, theres better ways to farm gems and wisps (by far), theres better ways to farm the fishes (by hilarious levels of far), i guess newbies might need forma but personally im sporting 85 of the things so no thanks.

    Oh and ember not doing damage has nothing to do with her changes, they specifically changed her damage towards the heads in this exact patch, because you know offing the heads in under a second was a bit stupid.

    In general the event is a waste of time, but more specifically the boss is a huge waste of time, just doing the first couple phases and then bailing before boss is far far far more efficient to farm standing.

To clarify im assuming you mean giving you the option to either host, or to join an already hosted session, and if so i entirely agree, whilst you can do that now (sorta) by simply cancelling if you get "Waiting for players" and making sure to only join a squad when you get the message "Finding squad", its too unclear, primarily a workaround (not really intended) and shouldnt be that complicated.

If you get a riven for it and roll decently high status + anything else really, kohm becomes legitimately game breaking, other then that tigris p outputs the highest burst damage, vaykor hek has the highest sustained dps (with capped out primed mods), hek is the highest sustained dps with an easy to get build (the augment makes it much easier to build cheaply, where the vaykor variant requires capped primed mods to get 100% out of it), buuuuut overall there's not really any shotgun you can go wrong with.

    Specifically answering "What is the best DPS and all purpose shotgun build?" that would be vaykor hek with a damage / crit build.

    Edit: As clarification im not including rivens here (except the random kohm note) since they always make any comparison irrelevant.

I feel like people getting hung up on other people getting hung up on temporary are ignoring the fact that thats not the entire change, arcanes (which we've spent multiple years farming with low drop chance once a day) are also getting thrown out into a easily farmable source, making not only arcanes much easier to get but also removing the incentive to do raids, whilst raids are by far the most fun part of warframe (for me, subjective obviously) i also find kuva fortress fun, i havent done a kuva fortress mission in months, since theres no reason to.
