relay is handled with founder power
most high MR gear i can't get access to
certain exceptions ( ex: bo prime(MR5), opticor(MR6...iirc)) i handle by buying prime access or the weapon package
for example, i bought an opticor with plat and got a limbo with it, along with a few other stuff
i only have limits to obtaining weapons, not using them
so i cant use nikana or dragon nikana, but ill be able to use nikana prime once it hits prime access
i cant ever use quanta, but i got the quanta vandal from the event so...

I stand by my mass produced mr 20 plus it who i am. I want the most out of this experience. If you chose to put up artifical walls to be 'special' good luck to you mate. Its still nothing to be proud of.

If this isn’t photo shopped and you’re not a colossal troll, you should be absolutely ashamed of that. It may be a joke, but its poor one for a founder. I have been playing for over 2 years and the mastery rank tests where as much a rite of passage and part of this rich game as anything else in it. Poor show for not embracing all aspects.

Lol, for the LONGEST time MR didn't even have a effect outside of one or two things, I think it's a accomplishment being at such a low MR after having an account for so long lol. I think he cannot even get into the Pluto Relay, he cannot even go and use a syndicate primary either. Nothing to be ashamed of, it's his choice.

MR isn't really an 'option' though. It directly limits certain activities in the game, and has for a long time. If it didn't, it would be an option. If you want to consider it an option, then it is optional after Rank 12 when everything I can think of related to MR is unlocked. At this point, you're just hindering yourself for no real reason other than to do so. :C
Also, at this point you're priding yourself on your Rank 3, so whats any different than a person who shows their pride for their Rank 20 or 21?

Thats great, that means you should also be able to rank up to 4 and start doing sorties. Getting to MR 4 is not hard, it isn't at all the problem with sorties by any means. So, go do it, and start doing sorties. I'm unsure as to how you are a founder and still sitting at MR 4 anyways haha

kinda started as an anti-thesis to the people who like to show off their high MR with pride or the people who did nothing but t1 def and spent their time only leveling stuff up to 30

Because they are meant to be endgame mission types for experienced players with a variety of frames and weapons at their disposal. I'm not saying you can't be experienced if you're not higher than Rank 4, but its just not something that is meant for newer players, they're challenges set up for players who are already done with everything else easy-peasy in the game. Tbh I'm surprised its limited to as low as Rank 4. I think you need to be at least Rank 12 before every single weapon and frame in the game becomes available for use.
Simply put: it is and end-game thing. If you're at rank 4, you have not reached end-game and still have tons of other things you could be working on. Even at rank 4, there is tons of S#&$ you could be doing.
but but...I ALREADY CAN DO EVERYTHING
is there no respect for a MR3 founder with over 700k mastery?!

Passive
Reduces/increases arrow weapon draw/firing speed by 10%
Increases rifle zoom by 10%
Decreases shotgun spread by 10%(5% maybe?)
1. Trapshot
Deals ? puncture(rifle primary)/impact(shotgun primary)/slash(bow primary)/blast(no primary) to a target.
If there is no target at the target area, a trap is thrown at the target area which detonates, dealing the same damage to the first enemy which comes within ?m of the trap.
The trap vanishes after ? seconds.
Any enemy(excluding bosses) killed by Trapshot are stored in the "Game Cage", and remain stored even after the mission ends.
2. Track
Tracks all enemies within ?m radius of Vena for ?seconds.
Tracked enemies glow with a red-orange aura and can be seen through floors walls and obstacles.
Vena also gains a ?% sprint speed boost during the duration of track.
Does not apply to teammates.
3. Multiweb[placeholder name]
Throws a wide web at the target location, immobilizing all enemies within a ?m radius of the target location for ?seconds(enemies can still attack)
Affected enemies have a ?% chance to be stunned for the duration, preventing any action.
4. Unleash the Game
Summons enemies stored in your Game Cage to fight for you for ?seconds, one for every enemy within a 15m radius of Vena, up to a maximum of ? Game(s).
The order of enemies summoned is earliest first(the earlier in the cage, the first it is summoned).
Game that are killed or out of duration do not return to the Game Cage. Summoned Game have increased threat level.
Summoned Game are at the current average level of enemies <- maybe?
Stealthy Hunter Augment - Vena turns invisible for ? seconds when you cast Track

you can actually go up to 90% spawn chance solo, but not 100%

the whole "verify" and "optimize" thing would be totally fine if it didnt crash 4% into verification
