So yeah i started the test and i loaded in but just as i was finished and my warframe stood up i was spotted by the first enemy and it kept doing that until my three tries where over and even once more before the loading screen and i could do nothing to prevent it.

so yeah now i need to wait 24 hours well i guess it could have been worse
