It's all just RNGesus. For example, I've been playing for over 3 years, and I've only ever gotten it once.

Buddy, you're really not painting the veterans in a positive light, and I don't appreciate that. Unlike some games, we're not a community focused around exclusivity and greed, but around compassion, honor, and the will to help other players.
Please reflect on these core values before whinging about some pixels on a screen.

First off, I fully understand that the forums are new and probably have some kinks that need to be worked out. That being said, there is one issue that I'm curious if anyone else has, or if DE was aware of. Whenever I close my browser, it signs me out of the forums. Not the website, mind you. Normally, this would be a minor annoyance if it weren't for the fact that clicking the "Sign In" button only reloaded the main forum page without any changes.
The only way to sign in is to log out of the website, then sign back in, THEN click the forum sign in button.A second thought, the forum groupings are a bit screwed right now, as evidenced by the fact that the Design Council has vanished.

Edit- Also, the blindingly obvious fact that everyone's profile picture is gone. Granted, it's a new system and DE probably needs time to add things back in/re-sync our game accounts with our forums to get the pictures back.

Get the BP from the Shadow Stalker, and craft it using the broken war.

So I was running the event mission, and unloaded over 20K damage from Absorb, as well as unloading 3 Soma P clips into the Acolyte's face, and not only did the health bar not go down, but my event counter is still 0 of 10.
Is this a bug, or is there some way to kill it that I'm not clocking?

You need to build all 3 parts, and then the main blueprint.
If something truly is missing, you should contact support.
