[Daily Tribute Login]

I am not entirely sure if it's bugged or am I just unlucky, but ever since the mainline , on the daily login Tribute screen, the only NPC to ever greet me is Darvo, without any other variety. Is it supposed to be a single , permanently chosen NPC? If yes, can I change him please?
