Hello! First time reporting via forum, so I hope I don't really miss anything, but if I do and clarification needed! please let me know!
So i had this happen twice, but I only grabbed screenshots on the second time, as i wasn't sure if it was just my PC freaking out, as it is basically a toaster, or a game issue (might still be my PC, but idunno). While i was loading into my mission, the first time i was not playing as host, and attempting to load onto hydron, sedna, for a couple quick rounds to test out some stuff. Everything seemed fine on the loading screen, but when my POV came on, my warframe was stuck in an odd position, with what looked like the melee weapon equipped phasing in and out, as it does when you have visible while holster toggled off, and you put it away, or equip it. I was completely unable to move and the camera was locked as well. I know that i was able to access the esc menu though, and interact with the buttons, including abort mission, which i did the second time, but i alt+f4'd out of the mission, not knowing that the fist time. with the abort, i loaded back into my orbiter normally I don't remember if i could hear the other players, but i couldn't see them at all, but they did have names in chat. There were also a couple of UI bugs that you'll see in the two provided screenshots. I also remember trying /unstuck and being able to use the command, and i believe it changed my position the second time. The second time it had happened though, I had loaded into hydron just fine, but after i and another playre decided to stay, got a host migration, which did cause me to load in buggy. I'm going o try and get it to happen again, but I cant record anything unfortunately. I'll also be supporting a support ticket with my Log files that i grabbed right after the second event.

Thank you for the help. I'm glad you suggested looking up volume, opposed to sound settings like i had been. Somehow the system changed my volume settings on just warframe and it was causing the issues. I was able to resolve them. Thank you!

*issue was resolved*
So just yesterday I started having a bug where my in game sound is so quiet, I almost can't hear it at all. My computers fan, which is extreamly quiet is loud enough to make me not be aboe to hear anything in game. The problem also persists when I plug my headphones in. I would say the volume is probably close to being at about a 1-5% sound level. I have all in game volume options maxed, and my PC volume maxed as well. I though it might have had something to do with discord, as I set volume attenuation to bring it down 50% but even then it was louder than it is at current and it persists after I turn it off, and stop discord from running all together. I tried reinstalling as well, but that didn't have any effect. I haven't seen anyone else having the problem, so I dont know if its the game or my computer. I'm still looking into my settings but haven't found anything yet. Will update if i do, but if anyone has suggestions i would love to hear them.

Just as a note, this also effects the launcher audio as well.
