Can the stance combo screen shows the forced proc and damage multiplier of each combo? Testing and keeping track of the effect and damage of each stance's combo is exhausting.
-
Heavy attack should be chainable into normal combo, possibly with no windup if they were timed correctly (eg. at the end of a combo). The current implementation of heavy attack encourage either normal combo spam or heavy attack spam, due to long windup timing that makes transition between combo and heavy attack clunky and inconvenient.

I cringe everytime I see a Volt in my team , usually this means random 5 seconds speed boost every few seconds it's the most annoying thing in the game and it's ruining my gameplay.
I know you can opt out of this by backflipping but having to backflip everytime I enter a room is not fun ... at all.
Please make this power a pickup that appears next to the teammates like focus boosts or something because right now , I'm very much tempted to leave the team everytime a volt comes in.
the only frame with pick up buff is titania, and she's widely regarded as one of the worst buffer for this mechanics
Just no.
A lot of frame are good at ruining gameplay, such mag's bubble blocking gun shot, vauban's jump pad, nova's portal and slow/speed enemy buff, limbo's rift mechanics, nidus pull, hydroid puddle denying enemies, khora dome ragdolling enemies into wall, loki switch teleport, etc...
If you can't work around your the random pick your team will use, then don't play pub.

people should just afk in their own private session, they got the same amount of reward, they have to do even less work, and there's no body around to tell on them.
The pub afk pretty much fail at being lazy.

if runner framer cannot outrun nova, then he's worthless.

So, just another “Tank” for Excavation? Tbh, I’m personally tired to bring good old grandpa Frost to every Excavation because players are focused on their own Survivability while goal is to keep Excavator alive.
she is an immortal-tier tank (by spamming 2) that can make her entire team speedy, tanky and a walking CC stick. She's for those people who like to play Volt but feel he's too squishy

Inb4 the rework give wukong's 4 an infinitely scaling reach, then he would become top tier nuke in the game.

I'm really confused why DE are afraid to make a strong dps frame on the level of Saryn, Equinox, Mesa or Excal. Wisp was supposed to be (from watching the dev streams) a walking, or in the case - floating, nuke, but her 4 turned out to be a wet fart. She is just another jack of all traits, master of none Warframe and it is really disappointing.
It is not only wispe, if we take the last 4/5 newest frames, excluding Hildryn, they all are mediocre damage dealers with an added gimick of being semi-tanks, semi-supports or point defenders. The Jack of all traits, master of none makes these Warframes boring instead of interesting or unique.
It may be an unpopular opinion, but the game meta evolved into the holy trinity of Tank, DPS, Healer and maybe DE should embrace it, rather than continuesly throwing new characters with ability kits that is strictly inferiour to what we already have.Wisp is basically an immortal tank by spamming 2 that can also support really well with her 1 and move very fast (pretty sure the only frame that can outrun her is Nova). We dont actually have this sort of frame, that is tanky. fast and supportive the team. Nezha is tanky (not as tanky as wisp) and fast, but provides little support. Volt and Nova are fast support, but they are squishy. Saryn is fast and tanky, but is a selfish frame that does little support (she doesn't really synergize with anyone that isn't a support). Even Nezha and Saryn are not as tanky as Wisp, who has spammable immortality.
I play public Kuva flood and high level void fissures frequently, and I find that supportive fast tank really shines in those mission
By the way, the lack of new damage dealer is probably due to the rapid release of back-to-back of damage frame 1-2 years ago. We had Nidus, Octavia, Khora, Gara, after all. Though I'd certainly appreciate a new damage buffer. Playing Chroma or Rhino for many missions does get tedious.

And this ladies and gentlemen is why if you want to share you opinion on a warframe you should actually play the damn thing so you don't make a fool of yourself because you cant tell the difference between Range and Radius.
Stop baiting, troll.

When i was in Hydron someone asked if Harrow was reworked xD
Why you even sharing your thoughts when you don't even have him ROFL.
I guess you haven't seen Saryn or Gara or Oberon fast clearing Hydron, eh? They pretty much just sit in one place, spam their abilities a few time. Everything just instantly disappears.
Revenant's 4 has terrible range (no base radius isn't 30m, it's 0.1 and 0.2m if boosted lmao) and poor energy economy. It also can't deal with enemies on different floors and requires Line of Sight to enemies to deal damage. He just doesn't make the entire map disappear.

You can't stop people from doing other things during mission. If you disable mining/fishing, he will just farm cetus wisp. If you disable wisp, he will do riven mission. If you disable riven challenge, he will farm resource. And if you managed to disable everything, he will just afk and watch youtube.
Learn to be tolerant, soon you will find yourself in some hyper efficient group who would nag at you for not using speedrun nova and/or travelling with AW. They'd actually prefer an afk person to an inefficient slow noob just so they can extract fast. Different play style for everyone. If you're not willing to be open-minded to very diverse playstyle, don't play in pub
-
The game is a really dumbed down, imbalaced version of Go (smaller board, a much shorter term playstyle, no balancing penalty against first turn). The AI is stupid and at times think that it was playing checkers
If you're so fascinated by the capture mechanics of the game, just play Go instead. It recently gained a lot of attention due to Google's AlphaGo, the first AI to surpass top human players in Go) so there's a huge meta change happening in the game right now.

I'm too captivated by the epic failure that is the UI change that I gave sacrifice a pass for not sucking as hard.
PS: I gave up on OP tldr after the first 3 sentences. His post fails about as epicly as the UI.
-
new UI is a disaster. Item management is a nightmare, Item name doesn't show unless hovered so it looks like you have clones of the same items. Worse, the color filter makes prime parts and regular parts look almost the same. Group info needs one hover for each person, including yourself. Icons in general get general, as well the menu bar, making it harder to identify anything at a glance.
You redesign UI to make it more accessible, not making it more clunky and annoying to use. If you want to monetize the freaking login screen, just rework the login screen, don't pretend to be doing some sort of UI revamp, only to half-ass it and make it worse.

Oh god, here we go... not Equinox, please no ... 😐
Suggestion: why don't you guys give us some real high level enemies to fight that can match our current loadout/dps potential instead of these baby enemies we face on a daily basis? Then you'd stop seeing mid-level AoE builds like castanas trinity one shot the whole map with a button click and single target weapons like snipers would start to truly show their potential. And look and behold, no more need to nerf everything under the sun because we'd finally be faced with a proper challenge for our power level. Castanas trinity wasn't even that strong compared to other stuff out there, it's just the enemy level in ESO was too low.
They will very likely "rework" Equinox and Volt next, because those 2 are the next best thing after Trinity (Wait, didn't Volt already get reworked)
Notice DE pattern to balance everything around onslut. They pretty much made Saryn to less useful on onslut, while at the same time trashing her in every other content

GJ with the false equivalence.
Actually Equinox should be nerfed, because just like Trinity got nerfed as a DPS while she's a healer support, Equinox should got nerfed as a healer CC while she's a DPS.
The equivalence is accurate.
-
Trinity can tank, heal, provide energy, strip armor, reduce damage, and nuke. She's the perfect frame
Play Nova when you need to travel fast.
There you go, 2 frames you will ever need
-
it's not like the range of polearm/whip, even with range riven, would be enough to clear the entire room anyway. There's still plenty of mobs for the team to clear.
Anyway, would you rather other player stand around doing nothing instead or would you rather they kill enemies? Because once you take away all the "easy" "OP" kill options (keep in mind, maiming strike build is far from OP or easy), you'd be left with a bunch of useless leeches who are there to do nothing but open friendship doors

Untill you get a 5k plat riven .
Er the value of those 5k plat riven mainly came from the kuva amount. You're much better off buying a "meta" unrolled riven then farm kuva until you get a godly roll, than slave yourself for 15mins to do these annoying riven challenges only to get some trash riven.

I think most people that complain are missing DE logic about what they want with this changes...
I'm sure they want people to actually PLAY the game, and something like a Exilus Adapter shouldn't be something that they just give you for doing 3 easy missions.
If they just give stuff easily, everyone would get bored. And if, on the other hand, you get bored because it's hard... I'm sorry to tell you that LIFE IS HARD (and also repetitive in many ocassions, but enjoying it depends on what you do with what you have)
I'm not defending DE, I'm defending the fact that the more hard it is, the better it is when you actually get that reward.
You might find farming something overwhelming, but then.. maybe you are playing in a repetitive and boring way, 'cause I never get bored, my gameplay is always in a way that I ENJOY.
I'm a hardcore merchant and semi grinder (enough to farm the credit). From the perspective of both, it's completely irrational to craft exilus with forma, when the former costs 20p, and the latter costs 23p (from bundles), not to mention the opportunity cost from the time spent doing the invasions and farming argon (which can be better spent grinding endo/fissure/raid/kuva or trading). It's clearly a move from DE to make people to buy the exilus instead of playing the invasion for it

Be critical, yes, but don't be whiny trolls about it. Watch the video, you can tell Scott was thinking hard and long about Oberon and his direction, as well as how he fits into the game and future updates. They are working on it, and the biggest obstacle as of right now is not the devs, but the player base who can't seem to decide on what they want for oberon. Some want a super healer, others want to change his abilities entirely, and some actually enjoy the direction he is going in. He fits my play style perfectly with the armor buff and multiple ways to play him. I don't mean to Hijack but I feel a response is necessary to people who want to complain and argue but not hear the other side, it's Thursday and the devs are still working on new primes, plus tennocon, plus baro and getting all of his stuff to fit, plus bugs, plus tennogen, plus birds, plus watching the Ambulas event for bugs plus hearing us cry like kids asking for candy for ALL OF IT. Voice your opinions respectfully and constructively, and the community can and then hopefully will come up with a better version of oberon as his weird self, not everyone's individual godframe that they can use to run 30 hour t4 defense missions.
And yet somehow they find the time to "fix" this Exilus Adapter "bug" NOBODY was asking for.
Sure we can understand that they need time to fix/change things, but when they're wasting time making these sort of unnecessary change, of course we will criticize them

Well, now you have a reason to go more to the void for argon, and search for more orokin cells, and cracking more relics for formas...
Through my perpspective it's a WIN/WIN condition
No, I have more reason to just throw 20p at it, because there's no reason to spend 2 forma on something that costs less than them.
They're clearly trying to make the game more p2w.

Getting 2 formas is really easy :S why do you even complain??? Exilus adapter is a "late game" item.
Forma is also a late game item, when you start to put like 5 forma (probably 6 if you use riven) on your frames and weapons so they can function at their maximum capacity.
Forma is actually not easy to gain, since it takes one day to craft, which is too long for the amount required. And if you're buying the forma outright, the plat cost of an exilus is cheaper than 2 forma.

Is a good combo to only leave the frozen enemies in the rift, but who complains of Limbo is always the type of person who wants to kill enemies in excavation missions, mobile defense ... the type of mission that only needs map control, and not kill mobs.
Actually no, on high enough level when eximus started to point, you need to kill mobs, or else leech eximus will empty your power bar in no time
Excavation only favors CC when you need to protect multiple excavator at the same time. If you're only protecting only one point, it doesn't really matter if you're CC or DPS. Basically, unless you're a Frost or Vauban, there's really not much difference between a Limbo or a Mesa. They both can solo one single excavator just fine, but unable to deal with 2.
Same with Mobile Defense, there's only one objective to protect, so it doesn't really matter if you use DPS or CC.
How should I mod Khora?
in Players helping Players
Posted · Edited by HolyDemon00
The main use of strength is damage to her 1 and movement speed bonus to her 3's passive. If you have khora's 1 augment, you can get good damage on her 1 even with low strength. So yeah, you don't build Khora like Wisp, because unlike Wisp, Khora doesn't need a lot of strength
If you spam her 1 a lot (which you should), you will need at least 160% Eff. Some range would be good but anything above 200% won't benefit her 1. Also melee mods, except for attack speed, condition overload and reach, affect her 1. Her 1 has high crit chance but low status chance, so use a pure crit melee build.
Her 4 is one of the best CC abilities in the game, since it has huge range and works as a hard CC, a pull, aggro attractor, and a loot bonus (with the augment that works like hydroid). Adjust the duration and range according to your need, whether you want it to be a pull to spread your 1's damage, or a static CC.
Her 2, due the effect delay, is overshadowed by her 4, but it can be useful for stealth killing, as it preserve the alertness states of enemies until it expires.
venari benefit from all kavat's mod, except the exclusive one, which it can't equip, and the mod stacks with the mods on her other pets (Tek assault definitely works). For that reason, khora has the largest radar range due to 2 primed animal instinct. Also, the attack of venari attack stance has guaranteed slash proc, so it's actually a stronger heal through hunter recovery than its healing stance.
and here's my generic build. Coaction drift and mobilize can be replaced with duration or range mods.
