If DE has decided he has been using some sort of exploit, it is extremely unlikely that he will get the account access back. Requesting evidence wil do nothing, they will not give it, ever. For fear of more people using an exploit.
Having spent a lot in-game will have no influence on the situation / resolution. Getting a lawyer involved will not either, because just check all the terms and conditions etc. You don't even own the account, DE does. And they can ban you for anything at any time.
As for your comment directed at DE; this is players helping players. DE is not here.

After attempting to contacting DE via support desk to inquire about a friends ban, DE kindly told me to f%#k off, and it's of none of my business.
Him and myself have been attempting to appeal his ban because DE REFUSES to look at the facts surrounding the circumstances. So who do we, or does he need to directly contact in regards to this?
In short, he's been accused of "map nuking" with the Komorex. He had 4 formas in it and at most about 5k in kills. DE claims there is evidence that he is guilty of this and he IS NOT. So, with that being noted, he had requested to be shown this "evidence " to which DE closed his ticket?
So is this matter of physically going to them to get this resolved? Or should one just lawyer up to obtain the substantial amount of money out into the game? Suggestions and thoughts?
Oh, and for the record DE, you need to understand your own game and how it works, because of you did, THIS would not be an issue to begin with.

A majority of the time I run floods or normal siphons, the kuva siphon is either in or under the terrain. These following pics are some examples.
I hope these issues are addressed soon, as it makes obtaining Kuva somewhat difficult.

The cursor is useless as well as inconvenient. It's unwanted and unessary.
Hopefully the community will agree (as I've seen in region chat) and will do the same on the forums.

I've noticed that every time a frame, weapon, mod gets exploited by players, DE feels the need to nerf it.
Chroma is the best example of this. Instead of DE making things stronger, they make them... Weaker?
I can only conclude that they want to keep the game nood friendly, which is great and all, but what about truly experienced players?
In other words, why not keep the things that players enjoy and exploit and make enemies that much stronger?
To be honest, not even the Sorties provide me with a decent challenge anymore. I'm not stating that to sound pretentious.
Perhaps the answer lies in upping the difficultyin some aspects, but not by nerfing. I've removed Chroma and Gara so far due to DE "balancing" them.
Come on DE. You have an awesome game, don't f%ck it up more than you have.

Recently my clan went through some significant changes.
We're looking for 5 members to fill up the ranks.
Here's the basic requirements to join.
*Mandatory: Must have a mic, minimum MR 8 and must join the clan community.
On another note, I do not make clan events mandatory, however I encourage and appreciate all participation.
About the clan
- Inactivity exceeding 7 days will result in a kick unless noted otherwise. This means on day 8, you will be removed without notification. This is your responsibility.
- It's in everyone's best interest to check the clan community daily, for any updates and/or contests.
- We use strong, offensive and volgure language. Therefore it's recommend that you be at least 17 or older as well as understanding that we're all adults.
- If you are kicked out of the clan, you are able to rejoin if you choose. Or if you leave on your own accord. However, your clan rank will be reset and you will be placed on probation.
- Clan ranks are based on activity level, communication, willingness to help, clan involment and participation in any and all activities. Rank is NOT reflective of one's MR. Each increase in rank may be rewarded based on the circumstances of the individual.
- A large majority of research is completed, and members are NOT required to contribute to research, but is noted when contributions are made.
- Trading and selling are allowed, however no spamming within the clan. No more than 3 separate posts per item(s), and with as many items grouped together as possible.

I'm aware that I may or may not be targeted for stating these, however in no way am I besmirching DE or WF.
However with the release of Mirage Prime, I was hoping that some of these issues would be resolved.
As a previous post I had created before mentioned, being stuck in animation, not being able to collect drops, Zenistar disc not deploying, not being able to switch weapons and reload are still occurring.
I'm experiencing crashing upon entering Cetus and losing out on the 1st part of bounties due to poor matchmaking and/or loading time into the plains.
I know this will fall on dear ears and it's like trying to get blood from a stone, but I hope DE is able to see into these.

This is true, however they're issues that I have not dealt with prior to POE. Therefore it leads me to conclude it's not just a lag/host problem.

As some noted, anyone can make up false evidence or manipulate a video/picture in order to get another banned. I saw Summits video, and he made one of the best statements. That is, are the dev's that dumb to believe such a thing can be done? Do they not even know their own game? Yes to the aforementioned.
So, that in and of itself shows DE believes whatever nonsense is thrown their way. They're like a child throwing a temper tantrum. But what do we know? We're all just "losers" who play the game, right Rebecca?
Well, to tie this BS up, let DE keep up their crap. Eventually, someone will do something. It always happens. All it takes is for them to f#%k with the wrong person. I'm sure those at the YouTube HQ can attest to this.
