Depends where you want to use it. 

If you want to have a endgame build I would recommend the following mods: 

-accelerated Blast 

- ammo stock 

- broadeye

And the pvp mod Lock & Load. 

Probably one of the best builds and you can basically kill anything. I really recommend trying it out! 🙂

4 CP, titania with razorwing augment (~200+ str), and weapons don't matter as long as you have fire rate + dmg + crit on your primary.
