Just had this happen a little bit ago, but if you get knocked off your K-Drive right at the end of a race and it completes the race, you won't be awarded the affinity from the race.
The "Finish" banner that typically pops up at the top did not appear either.I was not capped on affinity (did a race right after to confirm everything was alright even though I knew I hadn't gained close to my cap).

So apparently if you fall out of the map as a tenno and your warframe was at the previous 'scene' (which is why I'm 1300m away from extract) you get teleported to the exploding arena rather than the exploded version of the arena.
Can't extract. Loot lost. -
Con: I wish I could finish the fight half the time. The boss glitches out too often during its damage phases - not checking if its health is depleted. Instead, it just heals itself again over and over and over.
Con: Grab attack - Let us shoot our secondary or do something please. Think of it like King Kong has you and you bite his hand so he can drop you.Con: The distance (1000-1500m) is a bit absurd to cross repeatedly - especially when this fight bugs out all the time.
Pro: Neural Sensors are easy to get now
Pro: droprate of warframe parts is even. Preferred to me.

Also having the same issue.
They take you from max health and shields to zero in no time flat.
Temporary work around:
Amesha's 4 and spam her 2. *shrug* -

Ability UI info no longer displays
I've seen some other UI issues, but nothing in regards to the Ability Info so I thought I'd post about it.
