Same to me as well, but only and only while loading then I alt-tabbed.
Could it also be network problems, regarding about the Mastery ranked up/missions being wasted? -

I happened to do a sabotage mission for the Chroma Campaign,
>Lotus orders to exit, stayed instead in a room away from the mission objective (Reactor)
>G3 came and I killed a 3 without sabotaging the reactor.
>Exit doors are greyed out and not responding, nor does the reactor.
> thought it was an April Fools joke, wait for abit longer and retry the Reactor to work, Reactor not responding/nor opening
>Aborted mission, and lost "Natural Talent" and a Brakk Blueprint
This G3 bug is really annoying -

I noticed that this was before the 21.2.0 right? It was fine before the Hotfix for me.
I just got mine after the hotfix 21.2.0 right after restarting it.. -
Just noticed this too at my most recent mission.
Strange Enough, It only happens when I am doing Alert missions only :S

I would defo say that they are slowly turning the game into more "less edge" aproach

you arent the only one! I believe this is also still bugged for me for the Titania update too :(
I even successfully scanned 2 of them, which didnt registered in my codex, strange.... -
I thought I was having the issue here too..
Strangely, Me and my brother tried to get the Jupiter junction yesterday, I killed the prosecutor, however, he got the objective ticked.. while I haven't!
What bothered me was I killed 2 prosecutors while he killed only 1 and got registered too.
another thing that I noticed was, in the codex.. I scanned the prosecutor, it didn't show in my codex :(
[FIXED] Focus Conversion Screen Stuck ONLY outside Orbiter

UPDATE 2022, fixed. Changed heading and understanding of the bug
Just finished hotfix update and started going to Cephalon Simaris, However going to Arsenal > Vazarin > clicked the focus conversion out of curiosity > Screen froze, but able to move cursor, chat and see other's/my profile.
I am aware of the previous threads in Reddit and WF forums regarding about this matter and fixed at July. Just wanted to confirm whether if this is recently bugged again in Fortuna 24.0.2?
EDIT:
After Alt-f4 and re-logged in, this bug ONLY worked only when I clicked in Focus conversion at the Larunda Relay!
Just confirmed that the Focus Conversion worked while I was inside my Orbiter, However Going to Larunda Relay will freeze the screen once I clicked the Focus conversion button.
Could it be an operator bug?
