  1. Alright, first of all I'd like to say hi........ (Didn't know how, to start this off lol).

    Second of all i'd like to thank you guys for adding a limit on kuva reroll costs this needed to come eventually or else a lot of us wouldn't be able to sleep at night because of the terrifying thought of having to spend a ridiculous amount of kuva.

    3rd. The system we have atm won't last. Once more op weapons come out (cause they surely will) weapons that already have strong dispositions won't be able to compete with those stronger weapons but with an even larger strength gap unless if rivens become stupidly op. For example let's say the dual Tigris prime came out. That weapon would have to have an even weaker disposition than the regular Tigris prime. Which means weapons like the Tiberon will need even crazier rivens to reach the level of the dual Tigris Prime for example: +350%dmg would have to become something of the norm, granted, that may not even be an issue but nonetheless you can see where i'm coming from about the disposition issue. Balance simply can't be achieved with this system the way it is now and lest us not forget it's already unbalanced as all LIVING S*!%!

    Also, is it just me or are riven drop chances A GOD DAMN LIEEEEEEEE! Ever since the drop chance changes for sorties came i've been running them every day with a friend of mine however up to now not even a single riven  has dropped for us. (Maybe it's just the crazy rng and grind in this game but hey that's something for me to get angry about another day).

    Almost last but CERTAINLY NOT LEAST I can't help but feel this system is becoming a total cash grab and is just unbalancing the game even more. On one of the recent devstreams Steve said that the goal of this system is to bring life back into old/weak weapons and make them endgame viable yet nowadays you can see people running around with riven mods that are for the tonkor and make the weapon deal more damage. People aren't going to stop using the best weapons in the game for the crappy ones just cause they get a nice riven for it. They'll stick to the best ones because they're the best weapons. Because of this you get to see a bunch of people in trade chat selling boltor and soma rivens for 1000-2000 plat. If what Steve really said is true then i'm sorry but the damage has already come so far that I can't believe him. You can't nerf high tier rivens anymore because people will get mad after spending 2k plat, you can't change how they work because then people might have a different product instead of what they asked for in a trade. Honestly this system could have been an amazing way to open up a majority of possible routes for damage 3.0 to go down (if it even will come at this point) but in the end it's all trash. :/ Also........... MAKE IT SO THAT WE CAN CHOOSE THE WEAPON WE WANT THE RIVEN FOR! UP TO NOW MY 2 RIVENS HAVE BEEN FOR THE AMPREX AND OGRIS 2 WEAPONS I HATE JFIFBFJBIADBIAGUDGACDCSHSD.LN!

    Finally i'd like to make 1 thing clear.

     I love DE just as much as every other tenno in the origin system however when they serve us garbage on a plate i'm not gonna eat it up. Although I was being rather harsh with this post PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD try and understand that without the community being very critical and harsh DE will NEVER act. It took us an incredible amount of time to get "universal" (apparently dogs and cats don't exist in this universe) vacuum but the moment they realized they f%*#@d it up they responded quickly to try and fix it. If I triggered you thanks to this post well then uhhhhhhhhhhh..... you smell bad if I triggered you.

I actually believe that this wasn't too bad of an attempt at reworking him, (and the little additions to smoke screen and teleport are very nice :D) however I feel that all this rework would really need to make ash good is just let him get stealth multipliers all the time with his ult. Even with the new koga skin description it shows that he's hyped up towards being a "spy" or a "ninja" yet he can't get stealth multipliers while something loud as all living hell (mesa's peacemaker,redeemer,etc) can. Also reducing his slash procs to 1/4 of the damage of what they used to be REALLY hurts him. Personally I don't know very much about ash as I used to main him a year ago and then quit but I can see that DE really made an effort to try and make him more engaging however the problem with the sloppy animation is still there. Now here's where I give some feedback that may or may not be possible to add within the game (just spitballin here). I feel like all ash really needs to be engaging is for the players to have a need to press keys within the animation. So in the end all I could think of was making bladestorm have a slower animation and adding quicktime sequences where you have to press a certain key to execute your foes. Every keystroke would feel satisfying as you mow down large groups of enemies. But anyways, enough about me with enough work ash could be great keep on trying DE. :D

    Uh i'm not sure if i'm interpreting what I just read correctly but it clearly says:

    - 'Riven Disposition' is the way in which power level of Mods is attuned to the weapon it is generated for. Mastery Rank and Stats will factor into this attunement, so you can expect to see more powerful Rivens for less used weapons and vice versa.
    - This modification will also affect existing Riven Mods to reflect our desire to give new life to ‘discarded’ weapons in a unique way, and not increase the power of the top tier ones.
    - Prepare to see a difference in stats of existing Riven Mods in an upcoming hotfix.
     

    This means that existing and future Rivens will have stats that skew based on a given weapon.

    Even though some of the lottery aspects may remain it's best that way, because then the kuva resource has more uses in the long run because no one is gonna try and get rivens for every single weapon in the game even if they could (REMOVE THE LIMIT I BEG OF YOU) once everyone has their rivens for weapons they like that are bad they wont need rivens anymore. By using the new riven disposition system DE can calibrate how riven mods will end up once they're unlocked hopefully if the riven is for a bad weapon it'll have a buff to one of the weapons best stats (hopefully prioritizing status and crit chance as well so weapons with 1 element as the main damage type won't just get a raw damage buff). Picking the exact properties would take away kuva's purpose as it's only being used for rivens and some weapons atm. ALSO DE just announced they would reduced kuva cycle costs therefore giving kuva even less of a purpose.

  4. I'm actually really happy with the way you guys have taken this! If all proceeds smoothly then the game's weapon scaling might have a bright future.

    Only 2 suggestions however, there shouldn't be a limit on riven's at all imo. It may actually be a good business move as well because lots of people could buy plat for more weapon slots but hey, what do I know about business. The second thing I would suggest is to allow people to do multiple sorties in one day or to create a different way of attaining rivens. I personally love sorties and I do them with my friends because to me they do act as a form of endgame content however I find no real purpose in staying online after I've complete them because it's a daily thing. Maybe create some sort of diminishing return effect when it comes to the endo however. Anyways, good work DE!
