[Freezing during POE game play]

I have had daily multiple issues with the game freezing when I am doing missions on POE.  Sometimes I can sit in the extraction lobby forever and just have to quit the game losing all my progress and loot.  Other times I will just be playing on the plains even during Eidolon fight and the game freezes and I lose all my progress.  This has happened 3 times today alone. Please look into it.  I really want to rank up my operator but I can't due to this issue.
