Hello!

I am not an experienced player (right now I am on Phobos) and I have trouble leveling up my frame(s). I am not talking about mastery rank but the frame level itself. All the youtube videos recommend bringing a friend but right now I have no friends who play warframe. Is there any way to solo level up faster?

Hello! I am new to Warframe and have been playing for about a week (My account was created in 2016 but I haven't really played, I only started to grind this game recently). When I watch my friends or other more experienced players play, I sometimes notice that they choose between Madurai, Vazarin, Naramon, Unairu and Zenurik. What is that exactly?
