This isn't ever happening in a multiplayer game. Just because one person uses slow-mo everyone else shouldn't suffer from it. Also what's the point? Warframe is a fast paced game.
Also I’d like to think melee is. Early perfect just a few final tunings and adjustments. I do believe dual weild is a step in the right direction but I also understand how over powered certain combinations could be. For example the Tatsu +redeemer would be kinda over done but still useful.

This could simply be changed to the specific Warframe using that ability
the other Warframes in question will see the one using slow motion extremely fast paced near super speed. And this would only be for a brief moment no more than 3-5 seconds enough to spice up combat but not change it.

Also not everyone uses Val kitty I find her very boring and stale. The idea of a grapple gun isn’t too hard to include into the game.

The dual wield melee is underwhelming to say the least. I meant the idea of having a shield that can be thrown and and a hammer for some epic Avenger esk fighting styles.

Hear me out some ideas I’ve had for Warframe over the last couple of months
Duel wield Semi single handed melee..
E.G - Sigma & Octantis (Shield) and Wolfsledge
Can only be activated by two extremely rare arcanes locked at MR20 that function as a set and sacrificing a primary weapon to use. and cannot be the exact same melee weapons.Revolver sidearm that has a grapple hook ability
can grapple large walls and equal size enemies
However anything close to the size of a Nox or bigger will be deemed to heavy and pull the Warframe closer for close range combat. lastly can be used to traverse unique terrains.Brief Slow motion melee combat
Similar to how Rhinos stomp works and
Something similar to channeling however this could instead be a by product of transferrance
Or even a combined passive or a new Operator arcane after we get the Duviri paradox

I am curious to see if this can be applied to Hildryns 1st balefire charger. If this does work I’d like to think heat and magnetic would be the best combination.
Does this only apply to primary weapons ? Could the disarming feature be used on other weapon types so long as primary obstruct is equipped ?
Does this arcane only apply to primary weapons ?
