[Riven does not unveil despite fulfilling requirements]

I had a riven which required me to sustain 3x combo multiplier for 30 seconds with an active pet. No other conditions mentioned on the card. I loaded into ODS and achieved this three times during the 20 minutes we stayed in the mission. 2 of those to get screenshots...

Here is a picture of me opening the riven with the same setup, expect I changed the weapon to something that does less damage, and removed all damage dealing mods from my kavat. I got the riven open during the fifth wave in Akkad even though I achieved 3x combo multiplier during that wave (forgot to uninstall pressure point...).

So while playing normally and trying to open the Riven mod, the game failed to recognize my efforts. Doing the mission on ODS was fun and challenging, since there were other people with me. Soloing a cheese on Akkad did not feel any good. More like I was forced to waste my time this way.

The only two differences between those two missions were:

- On ODS my kavat could have been outside of affinity range at some times. There is no way to control the movements of a pet, so this should not be counted negatively since the pet was alive during the whole mission.

- On Akkad I had both drifting contact and bodycount on my melee (only drifting contact on ods), plus no damage mods on kavat, and the kavat had more survivability mods.

 

[Stalker spawns when everyone is invulnerable from wave 5 extraction option]

So I was doing defence mission on Akkad with randoms, when the Shadow Stalker decided to spawn after wave 5 extraction invulnerability has started. The extraction option was postponed because of Stalker spawn, but we the Tenno were invulnerable during the whole fight. Attached is a screenshot of Stalker showing our invulnerability.

No drops, so I don't know if this is an unfortunate bug, or possible exploit.

[Spawn in mission in non-accessible area]

Joined a mission which was in progress already. After the mission loaded, my warframe was in completely dark area and a constant fluttering sound was audible. Trying to use an ability resulted in an "can't use in air" (or something like that) status message. Eventually the warframe landed outside of map. Screenshot attached. It appears the area was the bottom of an elevator shaft. Trying to jump up resulted in the warframe being send to the blackness again. After some time, trying to use abilities and so would pop the frame back at the bottom of the elevator shaft.

Unfortunately I did not remember the /unstuck command. But reading the description from /? would hint that it would not have helped, since my warframe never was in any safe or map accessible location.

It could be, that the warframe spawned on the map while the host was riding an elevator. But for a reason or another it glitched off the elevator platform.
