[Markers are a bit buggy?]

After some updates/hotfixes i've noticed that the extraction marker/ enemy marker is much more misleading than before. I've finished the mission and yet the marker leads me to nowhere.

[Juggernaut]

Im doing some Derelict Capture missions to farm for juggernaut and each time Lotus says "Here comes the juggernaut" he actually doesn't spawn. I search the whole tileset and still not to be seen. I made 4 more attempts after that and the same thing happens, triggered the juggernaut and no spawn. Am I doing something wrong here or rng is cucking me or is it warframe?
