[Launcher + Game isn't connecting to my network]

I have this issue also, the game worked perfectly fine since i started playing for around 3 months now, around Tuesday evening this week i had this problem, it fixed itself after 8 - 10 hours, but now im experiencing the same issue again, i cant access the website, in turn the game client gives me, ERROR_INTERNET_CANNOT_CONNECT.

Im connecting from SEA aswell, hope i get lucky again and it gets fixed.
