[[25.0.7] Octavia Diva's ponytails color is tied to secondary Energy color instead of Emissive color]

• Fixed Octavia's Helmet Energy color persisting as default.

As title says, I dont think this is how it should be.
For some reason ponytails color is tied to secondary Energy color. Primary Energy color do absolutly nothing to ponytails color.
It completly ruins fashionframe. A can not color my ability visuals whitout ruin my look and vice versa. 
Ponytails color should be tied to Emissive color as the rest of the flashy ligths

[Octavia's Mallet+Resonator combo doesn't work when playing as Client.]

Finally fixed!

• Fixed enemies never really ever attacking Octavia’s Mallet while following it.
• Fixed Clients not getting the combo bonus damage boost from Octavia’s Mallet when combined with Resonator.

Octavia bugged since her release (March 24th, 2017)!

I remember when Octavia was just released, her Mallet+Resonator combo was useless and doesn't deal any damage but after seeing this post on reddit I decided to test her 1+2. Mallet+Resonator combo actually quite capable of dealing a lot of damage, especially to non-armored enemies.

However this combo doesn't work at all when playing as Client.
