Djinn does not require hitscan. Actually the accuracy on the Stinger is relatively decent. However, the targeting is buggy and in some cases plain wrong.
If they would fix the targeting, the Stinger would perform a lot better.

You don't have any problem with Russian , because you are not so far aways from them , and lucky to have 100 Mb connection .
I live in france , so you see The russian guys is not so near ,some rare russian have great connection but its rare thing
If Russian host : i usually Lag , and two others guys often say samething (Yep i check if i m only one or others guys to ) The guys who wont answer is the Host (because not english speaker) . If i host : Only the russian guys lags , I ask if i notice he have name looking russian "type" Hope it was clearing up stuff :)
To clarify, I am german, not czech. I merely live in the czech republic and I dont speak a single word russian. 100mB connections are the high end here, but you can still get very stable internet going.
I still don't have problems with russians - and I am talking more about the attitude than the connection.

So... I live in the Czech Republic and I have a nice stable 100mB connection. And despite my 700 hours played, I haven't had any issues with russians. One memorable situation involved a french guy using extremely expletive language and a pair of brits using Vaubans to bouncepad everyone around randomly on a defense mission.
The only issue I have with russians is that I cannot read the cyrillic font as it doesn't display properly. That's about it.
Also the rest of my Clanmates are from the United Kingdom. If the servers get split, do I have a choice where I want to go? And if I have the ability to choose, what is going to stop all those russians (oh god russians! *sarcasm*) from joining the western servers?
I am not sure if you are serious OP or if you even thought this through. This all just sounds like some heavy stereotyping to me.

I have noticed another regular occurrence of wrong firing prediction, related to the too high aiming.
If you equip any weapon on the Wyrm, Wyrm triggers his Crowd Dispersion -> target ragdolls and falls to the ground. Wyrm will continue to fire in the air above the downed target, missing all shots until the target stands back up.
This behaviour is seen on all sentinels, but on Wyrm it is easy to notice due to the built-in knockdown skill.

Something I have noticed especially if you use relatively accurate projectile sentinel weapons (Stinger, Burst Laser) is that they have situations where they completely miss their target consistently.
To reproduce, let us assume you use the Stinger on the Djinn and equip a freeze damage mod.
Djinn will fire at a target that is moving and will correctly adjust its aim to fire ahead of the target. Now Djinn hits and applies the slowing effect. Djinn will continue to fire ahead of the target, but it will fire as if the target was not slowed at all. This will cause ALL shots to miss, depending on the movement and the distance, as Djinn may sometimes fire several meters ahead.
Secondly, some enemies will not be hit by the Burst Laser at all - most importantly Moas or anything that is smaller than an average humanoid enemy. The Burst Pistol is without a doubt the most pinpoint accurate sentinel weapon and it seems to target the head/neck. Now, if the sentinel fires at something smaller, the shots will consistently pass above the enemy and not hit at all.
Most of the sentinelweapons have a certain amount of inaccuracy which actually helps hitting in these situations. If the spread is high enough, some shots will eventually hit, but this is far from optimal.

Last but not least, not a bug but a suggestion... the Burst Laser and the Laser Rifle are *massively* underpowered compared to the Stinger, Sweeper and Deth Machinegun. Either the basedamage should get a tiny boost, or something else would be very very welcome... adding critchance for example. The Laser Rifle does halfway decent damage, but the horribly long firepause basically breaks the weapon. If the pause could be shortened via mods, that would go a long way to making it more useable than it currently is.

I'm not going to bother responding to someone as thick as you. I posted a DE thread and post about vandal weapons being exclusive, yet you sem to be ignroing it. I literally cant bring you any more proof.

Maybe when you stop being a degraded clone. But that will never happen. You arent even a real human.
Grab a cardboard tube, apply neon blue marker, hug your new Prova. The damage should be similar. And it might ease the butthurt.

in my arsenal its second best melee behind Dual ichor which I tear grineer up in 2-3 hits... its a beastly weapon, meanwhile the prova has proven its metal time, and time again in battle!

For all you know, they could develop new tech which weakens tenno, or develop special anti-tenno weapons that would prove to be a serious nuisance to deal with in future missions. Or make it near-impossible to deal with.
Though I'm still all for corpus. Gotta get that trust before we go in to recover our brothers or steal all their research data.
At the moment, the worst anti-tenno weapon would be a discussion forum. Everyone would be too distracted from all the bickering to actually go and fight. Wait a second...

Of course. To be honest, I want them both still. Brakk more but if I could somehow get both, I'd be more than happy to get both of them.
Just wait until the next patch or so. There is enough reason to believe that DE will add the weapon blueprints as drops on Salad V and Ruk later on.

ok guys hope this helps your choice, the inside word from the design liason closet to development, the detron has armor ignore but the brakk does not (ie; serrated blade vs explosive)
so the detron is endgame weapon and the brakk is low damage but for clearing trash mobs which is also pretty useful i guess

I think tenno is big chance for alad as ally, i dont think he want us to die because he gets then himself into big risk(he will lose resources) and then grineer will be alowed to do final attack
Oh, Salad V will be much more pressured to have a ceasefire with the Tenno after we crush a few more of his armies.
