Fortuna feels like a copy/paste of PoE , aye.

I didn't like PoE and I don't think I'm going to like Fortuna.
The addition of a bunch of new resources always feels like a punch in the stomach and it's even worse when you can only get said new resources by playing boring and tedious mini games and are forced to do them over and over for hours and days in order to craft stuff ; needless to say that all of Fortuna's stuff is locked behind said new resources and new syndacates standing ( something which is also a pain to get ) .
I really don't like to play mining / fishing / hunting simulator for so many damn hours a day, I'd like to play Warframe.
Bounties also take a relatively long time to complete compared to missions and their rewards aren't as good resource-wise .
I feel like I'll probably stay away from Fortuna just like I stayed away from the Plains ever since they came out.

    everything true

understandable feeling maybe consider taking a break and playing something else for awhile perhaps your just burned out from all the excitement you had?

no actually i didn't play warframe after i got chroma which was 3 weeks ago

  3. I don't really see any urge to do the missions of play fortuna at all. K driving is really fun but I only did it for a few hours. I don't see any real reward in playing fortuna anymore.I was genuinely exited for fortuna. Its sad for me because I know how much work has gone into this release

I wouldn't be opposed to this for some of the more physical frames, but I think it would be out of place for the more fragile frames.

Would be nice. I think this belongs in art & animation though?

now that you mention it i think they should only give it to frames like chroma rhino and atas, but the fact that the default long fall animation looks wimpy asf still stands.

  5. can DE make Rhino's passive when falling into a superhero landing / ground pound? the regular long fall animation looks kinda wimpy. how about do that for all warframes for that matter. thanks

  6. I think its nice how the players of warframe and the developers have such a cohesive bond into the creation of the game. It's quite humbling and makes me feel warm inside. Hope it stays that way :)

From the video (and based on my use of the simulacrum yesterday) I'm guessing they took advantage of the several-seconds of lag time between changes you make and the game actually carrying out those changes.

You only really need to pay attention to Reb, and the three dudes in the bottom corner of the other one, to gauge the difference in the source quality between the two streams. DE haven't downgraded the visuals of real life...

Twitch streams offer a merge bit-rate(>10Mbit?), whereas Youtube at least offers something close to 20Mbit. That's the easiest quality loss difference between the two.

Outside of that, textures look the same - You can see this by the definition of the red pattern on the board behind the trader - If the texture res was dropped, the red design would show obvious blocking - It isn't a high resolution to begin with, and increasing, or decreasing, texture res is usually done by a factor of 2x, so it would be exacerbated at that resolution.

Model quality is the same, the traders kiosk is even set up the same, the only real difference is that they moved stuff around - Which they pointed out during the stream itself - and the fact Cetus has a day night cycle, meaning the shadow aren't in the same place.

    they should add lamps
