Started watching the stream at 12:00 it is 8:30 still don’t have ash prime message

My ostron standing will not increase after doing bounties and trading fish and minerals in. It is stuck at 20,015 at visitor. It won’t increase. Please help. 

[Atlas 3rd ability coloring in public]

When I used his 3rd ability with no matter what color I change it to it will still be orange and that color. For example I would use the blue it will be blue and orange. I would then try red but it will be red and orange. Then I would try green and it will be orange and green. Etc. I want to play Atlas especially with his tennogen skins and his upcoming rework. But this problem makes me so mad when I play Atlas I cannot play as him at all. This only happens though when I go on public play mode.

After I updated wf I went to customize my kavat and I didn’t have any of my colors or the skins I own. I went to the market and it says I still had those color.

It isn't my end sense every time this has happened my wifi is 100% successful  so please  fix this and thanks again
