[News UI flickering while in Navigation UI]

On Windows 10, when I go to Navigation on my ship, the News UI flickers constantly in the corner of the screen. It happens no matter the system within Navigation. I've tried reinstalling the game and adjusting my graphics settings to no avail.

The game is playable, it is just a headache inducer.
