    At least, that's what I think is going on.

     

    I think they just announced like they did to watch people go nuts and laugh at our salty comments because they know we hold no real power.

    And they literally have nothing to gain by this either. F***, i was planning on doing a stream until the game goes live, until i saw the "friday evening" announcement, which made me IMMEDIATLY reschedule my stream to saturday instead, and look who's right now, again. As in, i expected to be let down, and it happened. When disappointment becomes the expected result, you're getting yourself a crappy reputation and for what? for hype? This isn't overwatch, people aren't buying the update, lol

    Estimates are just that, estimated. And you actually dont have that much to gain for waiting for an update either, it will be there regardless of your hounding on the devteam. 

     

    S#&$ happens, it is a game. It also is a 3.5 GB update, that is ALOT of content, and a S#&$load of bugs that needs to be fixed. For myself, I rather wait another hour to get the update, than to get it now, and then a hotfix within 5 min of starting the game. 

    I do get that some are dissapointed, but I dont understand all the anger.
