[Twitch prime]

So i go to claim the static reactor sigil from the loot drop, The sigil didnt get sent to my inventory i have restarted the game twice and still could not find it in my inventory

I been seeing an issue i would join a game example like when I was playing fortuna and I was there farming for a bit a while actually and I was on public but whenever I wanted to leave squad to extract because I got more then what I needed it wouldnt let me leave my squad no matter what and no one wanted to extract so I was stuck for like 10 minutes then I was able to extract it's insane can you please take a look in to it I don't want to risk my resources especially if I put time into it

Whenever I go to my arsenal I have all my mods but when I go to my mod segment there were only riven mods I checked to see if I had any filters on and they are cleared I even went to maroos bazaar but no difference
