I like the minigame-esque dodging of asteroids, sounds like that "dynamic" combat people are always looking for.

To my knowledge nobody has suggested this yet.
Every single mission starts with us docking with the enemy ship, perhaps some missions we could land on the outside of the ship and have to fight our way to access the inside (would currently only make sense against corpus, since the lack of oxygen). The tileset could still be fairly limited since most of the ships makes are the same, and we aren't going to go on a spacewalk.
Just an idea, appreciate any input in fleshing it out.

At the end of mission result screen every weapon/frame is only getting bonus xp, no normal xp is granted.
making leveling anything very difficult

11 hours is a small price to pay in comparison to many online games, also, it helps people to be encouraged to purchase the item with platinum, since they understand the relationship between time, money and opportunity cost.
However, some drops have been seriously screwed up since patch i.e. armor mod only drops

Has anyone had a single neural sensor drop since patch?
I got an orokin cell in the jupiter system, which isn't supposed to be there, were they switched by accident?

Perhaps skins could be purchased with platinum or unlocked with an absurd amount of overflow xp?

Was it the intention of the developers to make levelling melee weapons so slow?
If this is working as intended (perhaps for the reason of making it a form of achievement, let me know)
Also, is it a bug when you only get XP or Bonus XP at the mission result screen, my sword never seems to get both.

You should add that HEAT sword does do fire damage on the jump slam attack.

He stood in the center and shockwaved repeatedly and forever, never moving.

I bought the Strun shotgun, it subtracted the credits and confirmed the purchase, but I did not unlock the item.
If i go back to store it still wants me to purchase, same with arsenal.
Would I be able to have my credits returned by support?
