[No relic reward with 10/10 reactant [DE Reply inside]]

I've witnessed this three times. Once it happened to me, the other two times it happened to my friends.

Oddly enough this is what happened. I failed my first attempt from loss of footing (My Mistake), and then on my second attempt the platform didn't even break and I warped up to the sky then down and then lost that attempt. So on my last one it said instead of 0/15 it just said 0/0. Each time I killed an enemy it would just increase but still be divided by zero ( For example, 15/0 ). Once I killed them all nothing happened and the platforms continued to break until I had no choice but to fall. As I fell it just showed a white screen, completely hiding my character, yet allowing me to shoot. Then it just continued endlessly falling while staring at nothing. I don't know if it's common but I just hope the next time I attempt it there's no chance of this happening 

Edit: I aborted the mission and then it ranked me up to Mastery Rank 10. What the actual heck?!
