The hek riven allows hek to reach 100% without multishot, which is kindda rare to find. Tigris reaches 99.9%sc(LOL) without multishot.

Tested it. It does affect, but not that significantly. The euphona is not meant for a long range pistol in the first place. Other than that, the dmg+ms boost is great. The altfire will not be affected though, since it is a hitscan, unlike the primary fire.

Yeah, angstrum needs +magcap, increases overall dmg because its full charge empties the whole mag.
About the offer, yes I highly doubt it too, because I have a great altfire euphona riven, got a real 3.5k offer, and still, some people doubt me, and someone even accused me of bid boosting, which is really disgusting in my opinion.
Just an advice, but you might want to provide a proof for that offer. Otherwise, people are just going to call this a bid boost. Not to mention you don't have a buyout in mind too. Maybe you are using the riven ATM? Which is quiet understandable for not having a buyout yet.
