[PLEASE Fix Phobos Junction quest]

just started playing a couple days ago and now i literally can't progress in the game. I'm on mars and can't get past the phobos junction because the lith relics quest isn't counting. please fix this, i've got so many parts i cant do anything with because i cant get the components
