[Slow Download?]

Same i get between 1kb/s - 50kb/s and normally i should be downloading at 2mb/s. i thought it would only last a minute or two, so i go to sleep and when i wake i only had 15% with 5kb/s, WTF, is it because everybody is downloading at the same time or what?
