Yep, getting this issue sometimes too

Did a disruption on Deimos, got the neuroptics piece I needed for Dante. Extracted from the mission and now its gone. Wasn't in mission results screen and isn't in my inventory. I saved video with Nvidia Replay to doublecheck and yeah it says I got it during the mission but its not here.
