The thing with argon crystals is that they decay after 1 or 2 days (depending when you get them) so as long as you have the blueprint already then that should be fine

However I am happy to help you get them free of charge

By fragments do you mean Cephalon fragments? if so then you do not need Argon crystals but codex scanner and look for the glowing blue orbs on Mars
