  1. The Gameplay of shifting out of the rift to banish enemies then shifting back into the rift to attack them is just too clunky to ignore

    the old Banish system of being able to banish a enemie outside of the rift into the rift is better but obviously its just one enemy

     

    Could you change the Banish's rule back to it can effect enemies regardless of Limbo's current spot in the Material Plain/Rift but keep it in that it can effect a group of enemies rather then one?

    TLDR: Null Star and Tempest Barrage will be like Nekros's Desecrate in the sense that when a certain requirement is met (Null Star runs out of stars or Tempest Barrage duration ends), the same amount of energy to begin the ability will be demanded again in order to restore all the stars back to Null Star or Return Tempest Barrage to its full duration. It would not cause Null Star to simply spawn individual stars at a constant pace.

    TLDR2: while i enjoy having multiples of Tempest Barrage up to give the enemies the worst rainstorm of their short lives, the duration of this ability is considered by me to be far too short and far too weak to warrant constant attention, more often than not i'm simply spamming the ability at the same spot just to keep the affects of the ability up.

    TLDR3: I did not go into big details over the damage of Null Star and Tempest Barrage due to many other have probably asked for buffs for the abilities for a long while, in the end it's DE's personal decision on what amount of damage those abilities can do. To me it's easier to ask for these quality of life changes rather then outright damage buffs

     

    To Address the Issue of what i mean by "Toggled" i use that word intended to state that when Null Star runs out of, well, stars or the when Tempest Barrage's duration ends that the amount of energy needed to begin those abilities (say 25) will be demanded again, draining another 25 energy and restoring the number of stars for Null Star and restoring Tempest Barrage to its full duration, in a way it would be very similar to Nekro's Desecrate in that when the ability enters a certain situation (for Nekro's it's when there are corpses around, for Nova and Hydroid it's when the ability is spent up/run out of time)  the ability will drain energy and then wait until the player enters that certain situation again.

    the abilities would not be toggled in the same way to ember's World of fire where energy is demanded constantly, it would be demanded at certain intervals and requirements, i would consider these abilities to be able to be "Toggled"  in the sense that you could turn the ability off if you wanted to conserve energy in the same sense that a nekros player might toggle off desecrate

    I will go into detail on why i decided that Tempest Barrage should be a ability you can keep up automatically rather then a ability that can be spammed later when i have more time

    I will go into detail on why i'm not outright asking for damage buffs for these abilities when i have the time

    TLDR: Make Null Star and Tempest Barrage able to be toggled, spending another amount of energy when null star runs out of stars/ Tempest Barrage duration ends to begin again. turning these abilities into a toggle would also allow them to be affected by Energy Conversion and Growing power more easily, increasing their damage.

     

    While I was maxing out all of the warframes I don't usually use such as nova and hydroid, I noticed the rather annoying fact that I had to recast Null Star/Tempest Barrage constantly,  interupting my actions to use a ability that generally was more utility than outright damage

    These interruptions were far more noticeable for Nova who has to go through a unmovable animation while Hydroid thankfully had his animation be considered to be a "one-handed" animation which allowed players to reload and move while casting

    The other issue is the fact that they (Null Star/Tempest Barrage) are first ability of a warframe and therefore can't be able to deal too much damage so they rely more on crowd control such as staggering or knocking down the enemies

    The issues put together make the abilities rather annoying to keep up constantly as they get in the way of the combat, boggling down the player as well as their enemies.

    My recommendation: turn Null Star and Tempest Barrage into abilities that can be toggled on and off

    1. when Null Star runs out of stars/Tempest Barrage duration ends, take the same energy needed to toggle on the abilities and refill stars/begin the barrage again
    2. no animation to continue the ability, the player can fight on without having to interrupt what they are doing for a small ability, the animation should play only for the first time (when the player first casts it)
    3. being turned into a toggled abilities, they can be affected by Energy conversion and also Growing power on a consistent level allowing the abilities power strength to be amplified 

    i think most people will understand how this will affect Null Star, for a ability like Tempest Barrage the player can simply change where the barrage is happening by just toggling off the ability and retoggling it at their chosen location.

    I'm always interested in making unpopular abilities of warframes more viable and if there is anyone who has a interest in the Null Star and Tempest Barrage abilities feel free to give your own feedback, cheers.

I have been having the same kind of problem, I've been trying to bypass the 1000 plat miscalculation bug by buying the 49.99 prime access option instead with my 60 dollar prepaid card, but the system will not accept it as it states that my balance is "too low" and i have no clue if it is the tax or not.

     

    If there is a tax it must certainly go above 20%

  5. I'm having difficulty hosting due to having a 3 year old windows laptop, and i know how unfun it is to have one guy with the worst computer and internet forced to be the host. plus those guys get trash talked because of something they had no choice over .

    I would like to have a Feature added to the multiplayer setting that allowed you to not to be automatically chosen to be the host or at least remake the host selector so it would pick the ones with the better computer and internet to host.

     

    Its not fun to play a laggy game, most multiplayer fans know that

     

    DE can you please do something about this?

  6. I been experiencing random crashing during the event, its seemingly caused by things happening in the mission or whenever my character is either sprinting or using melee or any general actions

     

    has anyone also had this happen to them?

     

    can you fix this DE? i already missed the orokin reactor, i don't want to miss the rest of the event please

     

    Edit: while i was typing this out the mutagen mass's mission apparently ended, thank god i live in texas eh?

  7. so here's my situation:

     

    Grumbling over my very little load-out space i decided to reset so i could reuse the starting platinum and the platinum i bought to buy more spaces, i have everything that should of been kept (my frost prime), but i just noticed its really hard to kill drones with the new starting gear (small petty rant) so okay i just  lvl my frost enough to use his ult, killed like 5 a mission, then i checked my profile "1" it only counted one? well !@#$ i have awful weapons (hek the lex is not getting close to killing those things but that's because i cant find a hornet strike yet, another petty rant) and its not counting the ones i kill with my ult

     

    shorter story: i reset my account and now it won't count my grineer observer kills!

     

    Anyone having this happen to them?

  8. (if you see another of this by me then that means my dang touchpad managed to send the one i made into the forums because this should be a carbon copy, since my touchpad somehow logged me out before it was sent so if so just lock this dang thing)

     

    Ok since theirs ton of people !@#$ing out new warframes ideas and i have a lot of free time waiting for my dang frost prime then maybe i should join in too? well here goes!

     

    Name: (insert name here) (there will be a contest for this)

     

    Appearance: has a "robe" like frost but with a hood on its head (ooo so edgy) he also has a ceremonious Ether sword because for the sake of his lore and ability's its there because in the swords description it says "it is considered by the Tennos to be the most humane way of "cleansing" infested allies (so it would work quite well for executing traitors right?)

     

    Stats: hes designed to be a sort of support tank, because of this he has stats like frost, slow but durable

     

    Abilitys (finally the good stuff!)

     

    Ability 1

    "Blind Justice" 25 Energy

    the warframe takes the ether sword out and slashes in front of his face at head level, enemy's in cone about as long as a Excalibur slash dash will be staggered with their faces covered in blood, then for 7 seconds they will be blind, firing and meleeing around them well, blindly  (ill leave the damage up to DE if they ever read this)

     

    Ability 2

    "Solemn Vow" 50 Energy 

    the warframe will place his hand on his chest in a sort of pledge for a second, the ability allows the warframes allies to not take any damage, but any damage they could of received will instead be redirected to the warframe himself, while the affect persists the warframe will regen health for every allie considered "in combat" multiplying for each one of them in combat, also while in use of this ability if the warframe is given too much redirected damage to the point it kills him then the ability will auto revive him and give him full shields, but will leave him at half health and no energy (hope your buddies wont be thinking about giving toxic ancients hugs) (same as above, let DE decide)

     

    Ability 3

    "Death Row" 75 energy

     the warframe cracks his knuckles and neck, the ability is... you know what do any of you know what happens when loki or ash is invisible? their melees do crits, death row is basically melee crits while not invisible and a bit more costly, but while this ability is being used their is a aura around the warframe that staggers all enemys in a area around him (again let DE decide but i advise a bit longer then Loki's invisibility to sorta balance it out)

     

    Ability 4

    "Firing Squad" 100 energy (been reworked since it was originally basically like every other ult and also due to feedback)

     the warframe raises his hand in a fist then suddenly thumbs down, once he finishes every one in the squad will gain doubled firing speed, reload speed,a infinite ammo clip and will gain a percent damage boost longer then the duration of the ability for every enemy they kill (to clear it up, it doubles firing speed and reload speed especially if they have been modded aka your speed trigger 60% is now 120% + original firing rate)

    A true practitioner of justice, (insert name here) has dealt crime and punishment to any who oppose the tenno's cause, he has killed many, even his own kin. He is a warframe well suited to dealing out and taking damage, while ensuring the tennos alongside him are well protected, one well suited to tanking even if not directly

  9. Hey Guys I'm getting some trouble here, as of this morning when i turn on the updater i get:

    The Update will be Restarted Shortly...

     

    Has anyone else got this problem as well? because i checked other internet forums and they all were talking about the update, nothing about what i'm having... should i re-download? hope no one else has this problem as well...
