Scenario:

Received a message in my inbox from Darvo stating I have received the Soma and Scindo prime. But I had to redeem in browser and my steam overlay has not been working for warframe for a while now. I reinstalled steam and warframe to try and fix the issue and upon checking my inbox the next day, the message from Darvo was gone. I have since resolved the overlay issue by enabling Direct x10.

 

Request:

Is there a way I could receive the drop or speak to someone?

I had screenshot the message but have lost it apparently due to the re-installation of steam.
