    To increase your MR you need to build weapons and frames and rank them up. From MR 4 you should quickly be able to increase MR if you get a little help.

    I usually rank up my items on hydron, Hieracon or Stöffler, but sometimes throw in Akkad just to make some extra credits and change of scenery :)

    If you have not already, join a clan as that way you can get a lot of items from the Dojo research area for credits.

    Remember that DE could just ban your account for violating tos, but instead they gave you the opportunity to pay the correct amount for the platinum you already spent. It sucks because you now paid twice for that platinum (well, two times actually, but not the same amount both times), but at least you have the option to choose what to do next. Most companies will just ban you and not give you that choice.

    Usually take Ivara and set up lines that everyone can stand on to avoid the bombardment :)

    Tried it, but was in a fresh group as well so they did not even go into the room before the arena...kind of hard to unlock if someone don't get into the room :)

    Maybe it's the build that is making this harder than it has to be?

    Can you share what frame you are using and the build for your weapons?

    This is why it's good to have a clan so you have people you can play with that do not do the last second change of heart.

    Fortunately I rarely see this happening actually, but I have had a few times where all 3 leave in the last second and I end up alone...

    We need a better Security system.

    It can happen if you traded with someone that is breaking or has broken the rules. I had a trade reverted so I ended up in a negative value as well due to this. You just need to buy platinum to get to a positive value again and then you can access your account as usual.

    Support is very helpful in this situation so contact them right away to get the situation explained and sorted.

    Hope you get access back again soon.

    Clarification on relics

    No you did nothing wrong, you just happened to meet some disrespectful jerks.

    There are not a whole lot of them out there, but some people can be real a-holes, especially those that run public games as if they own the experience and everyone else has to bow to their supremacy.

    Just ignore the incident and try to find a group that is respectful and care more about having fun than pleasing the RNG god for another imaginary statistical win.

    Account Migration

    Unfortunately that is not possible, but if you are starting out fresh on PC, feel free to find a nice clan and they will help you get back on track on PC as well.
