  1. Nope, saw it as well. And people expected the hairpiece to move when they first saw the concept, so after advocating for it, DE gave the thing cloth physics. IMO it looked weirder to have what was clearly hair stay rigid all the time

Fewer but stronger enemies. This problem causes AoE weapons (Ignis W, Arcar Plasmor, Scoliac) to be the most popular. The enemy is one-hit but too many. Why don't we bring fewer but stronger enemies. Maybe players should fail the mission sometimes. So we can be more excited when seeing enemies.  We could finish the mission faster and have the reason for modding our weapons.

Yes please. Only a few weapons get the spotlight all the time, and the rest just look negligible. I can understand if the point of killing loads of enemies at once is to emphasize the power of the Tenno, but gameplay-wise, it's gotten old and uninteresting (unless, of course, you're into that kind of thing).

  3. It does make me feel bad to play as a Saryn and pretty much ruin my teammates' fun, but given her current state, she's just nigh perfect for ESO. This overpoweredness is also a curse: low level enemies die too quickly, and a Saryn player will be expending energy often to recast spores, and not just killing and spreading spores like how it's supposed to be. At this point, I'd only take Saryn on missions with definitely high level mobs, and nothing else.

A possible rework for this might be to have spore damage scale off of enemy level, but that might make Saryn seem like an "easy-mode" frame.

  4. Mesa is not good. No. Not one bit.

    For she is MAGNIFICENT.

High DPS aimbot ultimate, damage reduction shield, damage boosting/enemy weapon jamming... Come, join the Church of the Space Gunslinger now.

  5. Really love the way Darvo and Valkyr have watery reflective eyes. Are those custom stickers on Excalibur/Prime and Mag/Prime?

And let's take a moment to appreciate how blue banana pieces are used for Gali's hooks and Star Wars battle droid heads as Onua's claws. That's creativity right there.

  6. Your Riven doesn't seem to provide additional crit chance, so you can swap it for Critical Delay. If you insist on using the Riven, Vigilante Armaments can be replaced with Critical Delay instead. If you have Argon Scope, then you can use it in place of Critical Delay, but you'd have to make sure you land headshots often (which is easy for beam weapons).

It turns you invisible while the clone is traveling, and it makes you invulnerable for a few seconds after you teleport. You can also use it along with breach surge, to double up on the AoE stun.

I use it anytime I'm in trouble. So far If I use it first,  I don't get killed while resurecting people, or while healing myself, or when needing to escape. The agro draw does work, but it's not going to be a map-wide effect. Some enemies might also lose interest and walk away altogether (I think that's a bug)

Yeah, I do realize Wil-o-Wisp's ability to cloak you and trigger a secondary Breach Surge, but my point is, its short duration doesn't give you a wide window to safely do whatever it is you need to do, and while its aggro drawing range isn't dramatic, I've sometimes seen enemies completely ignore it even if the clone passes right beside them.

With a duration based build (without Narrow Minded, only with P. Continuity, Constitution + (optional) Augur Message), the clone lasts roughly 6 seconds, tops. It might be enough to allow you to make an escape, but when it comes to reviving teammates, it's generally safer to eject your Operator and go Void Mode. Furthermore, Wisp can also throw off enemies' aim whenever she jumps, so that'd already provide an escape solution. If Wil-o-Wisp's duration and aggro range are increased, coupled with some possible additional synergies with the Motes and Sol Gate (such as casting the clone on teammates to deliver them Mote buffs at range, and having the clone project a damaging field around itself when Sol Gate is active), that'd give the ability more strategic uses.

  8. The Passive and first abilities are good, but Wil-o-Wisp doesn't have many applications beyond fast traveling and cloaking. It doesn't seem to draw aggro consistently either. Breach Surge's sparks rarely spawn if affected enemies are hit with low fire rate weapons, and if said weapons kill enemies in a few hits, then chances for the sparks to be of any use are further reduced. Sol Gate's damage tick rate can be increased slightly, and the beam's radius can start out wide, then gradually shrink, similar to Mesa's Peacemaker aiming circle.

DE have been more than generous with the droprates and acquisition of Wisp, more so than most of the farmable warframes in the game.

Well, frames that can be obtained from regular bosses are much easier to farm (like Mag or Valkyr), so I wouldn't say DE is making this any more trivial, considering how quite a few players still haven't understood the mechanics of the boss fight.

All in all, it's still not too bad, but giving all of Wisp's BP drops the same drop rate would be nice.

  10. Pros:

    • Nice new cinematics
    • Strategy involved, no shoot and win (looking right at you, Phobos Sarge)

    Cons:

    • Overpowered boss attacks, nigh impossible to survive without a tanky frame
    • Crowded enemies on platform make the fight even more frustrating
    • The hitbox is inconsistent, sometimes shots register but sometimes they don't show any damage numbers at all, even if you did aim correctly with a hitscan weapon
    • Boss HP bar doesn't reflect whether its health is depleted, makes determining when to use the final Terren charger shot difficult
    • Boss sometimes refuses to use its superlaser on the power capacitors
    • Takes a while to reach the boss fight room

Making the Ropalolyst grabbable only when a nearby capacitor is damaged should clear up some confusion, as teammates wouldn't grab it right after the shields are depleted and waste the opportunity.

On another note, can Wisp's main blueprint be made available in the market again? Farming three components is already time consuming enough (and the main BP has an even lower drop rate)

And here's the off-hand dismissal for the off-hand dismissal... tiresome, isn't it?

The way to avoid these tedious, repetitive conversations is to stop requesting that "Warframe be more like game X".

No one here is interested in those tedious, repetitive conversations. We're not talking about turning Warframe into Destiny at all. We're only saying that Warframe can take a leaf out of Destiny's book and try to bring back Raids and other similar difficult gamemodes.

    But...

Puzzles are satisfying only the first time you complete them, though.

"Challenges" are always a big problem in Warframe. Several people are asking for "hard" levels, but on the other hand, DE clearly see through numbers that the players don't really enjoy "difficult" content, that's why they don't emphasize endless missions.

The challenge here is that DE has to figure out this challenge to bring challenges to players. Back when Raids were around, it was difficult at first, but later on, the community worked out strategies and builds that effectively made Raids something of a routine like the rest of the game.

  12. Might want to learn how to crack the Uranus vaults here (helped me when I was doing that quest. Otherwise, I avoided doing spy missions on Uranus altogether)

As for the tower vault, wait a while for the elevator platform to ascend. Just keep climbing the walls and strafe sideways to avoid the lasers, and ignore the ladders and stuff. Scaling the wall itself will suffice. Once you get to the topmost ledge, shoot the two wire panels flanking the doorway built into the wall. Once you shoot them, jump through the door, shoot the grate on the ceiling, jump through that hole, take out any enemies in the console room, then hack.

Just drawing it to new players attention that you can use Ivara to help farm out items by essentially giving another drop chance for the item. Also it's not a use for the pickpocket aspect of Prowl that has been pointed out. I mostly hear about it being used as a way to get energy to maintain Prowl, not as a way to get extra items for your whole party such as frame parts or rare resource drops. It's just a third person to bring along side Hydroid and Nekros to increase your drops.

Since when has Prowl only been for Energy/Health Pickups? Getting extra resources with Prowl has been a thing for quite a while now. In fact, it's recommended in cases like Toroid, Argon, Orokin Cell, and other rare resource farming. You can even finish Survival missions with a Prowl Ivara without killing anyone. So, yeah, she's a great pick for solo farming in the absence of a full farming team.

  14. *dips Mesa into Orokin version of Energized Protodermis, gets shiny Mesa Nuva*

Good idea here. It would give the original frames another purpose than just experimenting with them before their primes are released, then selling them as soon as there's a primed version. While the original frame would be a crafting component, farming for parts through the relics would still be an integral part in crafting primes (perhaps each different prime would require its own new components). And given how some primes are actually easier to get than the originals, some people would just choose to wait for the primed ones (this is just a group of people. others would farm and buy stuff immediately anyway). And if there are already formas installed on the original copies, then maybe when accessing the prime in the arsenal for the first time, a screen would allow you to polarize the same number of slots as you did on the original?

    * hope some form of silvery Orokin mutagen is involved when converting primes

  15. Which launcher are you using? The Steam one, the standalone version, or the default version? The standalone launcher seems to slow things down, but the default version seems to run pretty quickly (this might apply to the Steam launcher as well).

Fortuna and Orb Vallis isn't really easy to enjoy, as the loading speeds are slow, host connection is often lost, and it lags.
