slight workaround that may help, everyone but one person that I have helped this worked for them. you have to have someone host and start a saturn mission, then when you both load in the host has to alt + F4 and this should kick you back to your ship. They then should have a blinking open node on saturn. Now all you do is complete the Uranus junction when you can and after getting the chroma piece from the junction you can then return to the new strange and complete it.  Weird but it works.

Any chance you could help me out with this? I have the same problem and now I'm content locked.

Now it requests I build the Chroma Signal but I never investigated the transmission to receive the chroma signal blueprint which i assume is a reward. Not sure what to do now.

I believe that's what happened to me aswell, reading the wiki it said after finishing the scorched beacon you have to complete a mission on Morax in Europa. But that never popped up for me at all, I just got "craft the chroma signal."

I am currently stuck on The New Strange quest where it says I have to craft the Chroma Signal, the problem is I don't have the blueprints for it in the Foundry. I have tried to relog a couple of times thinking it may appear but to no success. Please help.
