You don't want to see Vor's face in first person.
Never again :(
It would make people use enemy radar and sense.
Good point, that would give them a wider use in the game.

This has happened to me several times and i agree with those who say it is not conducive to the game play experience, Peripheral vision is cut of far too much. If the devs allow first person we will then see a tidal wave of OMG NULLIFIER/BOMBARD SNIPED ME SO OP because people didn't know they were getting creeped
I completely agree but for some good old fashion fun it would be a nice option, it actually saddens me how accurate your statement would be.

what about the mele?
Melee was okay but that was mostly because i was able to see through my character, it was harder when there were animation that caused the model to lean forward as i couldnt see my target during but most of the time it was fun.

Is this game set up to be OK with 1st person? In gta the controls feel clunky but u can get used to it if u try.
Apart from the Frames head blocking the view sometimes the game played well in this view, it was quite a bit of fun.

So as i was going through a Exterminate mission i experienced a bug that both made me laugh but also brought forth a thought that hadn't crossed my mind before.
What if Warframe had the option to play in first person?
the below pictures are from said perspective and was achieved by rotating the camera into a close by object as a hacked a panel, which in turned led the game to think the forced close up view from the camera being pushed into the wall to be the default view and so the first person view was born.
The reason I'm posting this is because i am curios what you the community think of the idea of having first person as an option for general gameplay or whether it would be good choice for the next tactical alert as a challenge. please put your thoughts in the comments below as I'm quite curios.
These first few photos are of me standing still and checking out the new perspective.
The rest of these images are from me actually playing the game, i managed to finish the entire mission in this view.
Me running around
For some reason this Bombard didnt see me while i was hacking another terminal.
Normal walking view
A bit of melee
And at the end of it all when i finished the mission and left in the ship the camera cut back to my warframe still in the tileset who promptly dies.
in case the images brake or something here is a link to the imgur album

How could you not eat pancakes with butter, butter is love, butter is life.

this takes place is the far far far future
Point taken but consider that the suits allow the user a type of immortality to where they don't age after merging with the suit so this is essentially the story of the beginning where the lotus picks the next 'protectors' of the solar system.

I know warframes are just suits that adjust to the user, but what if they were people?, I always feel they have too much personality to just be a suit. So here is my idea.Imagine the tenno sacrificed themselves to lock away an ancient evil, binding their suits with a fragment of their consciousness to guide a new tenno force when the time came. When the need for new tenno arises. certain people take up the mantle. Like for example, the wearer of Loki could be an arrogant upstart bartender, and the younger brother of the wearer of volt, a doctor who has one upped him with his success, and who draws the jealousy of his younger brother. Excalibur could be stuck in a dead end white collar job, and has to work several jobs to meet ends meet. Rhino could be a bouncer at the bar Loki works at. Banshee a DJ. Mag a conductor, Saren a tattoo artist, Nyx a street cop, Frost a navy colonel, Ember a contemporary dancer, Vauban an architect, and Ash, a discharged SAS soldier, unemployed, and committing the occasional crime to get by.They end up being called up by Lotus, who was dormant until the grineer, and corpus legions rebuilded, and the Infested recolonized, and all of these enemies have their eyes on the resource rich earth. Where no one knows of the approaching enemies. But for now, ignorance is bliss. So, what do you guys think? Any ideas for character development? I have ideas for Ash, and Loki, who I intend to be the naive antihero protagonist. But I will definitely need some help with this.ps. If this seems underdeveloped, my friend an I only thought this up half an hour ago, and I thought some people would be interested in being a part of this.
i would also like some ideas for the warframes voices e.g. any character in a movie that you feel ties in with the warframes "personality". -

Maybe something with electric arc? Dealing damage to multiple targets, as the electric arc is spreading?
Also: grenade launchers and FLAMETHROWERS (die Infestation!)
i cant wait till my clan finishes researching the flamethrower it's gonna be mega!

Yeah i am also experiencing this bug, it is incredibly annoying when your being swamped by enemies and your warframe has a reload panic like he's accidentally dropping the kunai and has to back for more.

Well it's funny that we call Orokin Catalysts and Reactors, Potatoes. Just cause they look like potatoes, because in real life potatoes are easy to obtain.
We should actually call them Kiwis cause they're so rare. (or any other weird/rare fruit/vegetable)
---
actually in my country kiwis are rather common along with feijoas and the like.

Cool i was hoping some one had video of it, i wanted to but didnt have anything to record with.
from your video it seems you had a harder time aiming than i did.
Just thought it would also be a cool idea to use in non combat environments like clan dojos or the relays.
