[Ash Blade Storm Glitch]

Anyone else activate Ash's Blade Storm, and - upon using Teleport with Deadly Teleport mod equipped - end up getting frozen into nearby objects in first-person perspective? This happened twice: once during a Corpus excavation mission, and again during an Infested exterminate mission, so I don't think it's specific to the mission type.

DeX Dakra was the melee weapon, if that makes a difference.

[Psamathe - Invisible Wall/door]

Whilst finishing up the assassination mission on Psamathe (and having finally collecting the last part I needed to construct Loki...  still fuming about this), I ran into an invisible wall at a doorway.  The other two players had no issue proceeding or going through the entryway, but it was completely impassable for me.  More importantly, enemies were also able to pass through this doorway, while I was  still stuck on the other side.  As a result, I was unable to make it to the extraction point.. Also, I had just stepped off of an elevator into the adjoining room (if that makes much of a difference).

Yeah, pretty much says it all.  Dunno if anyone else ran into this issue, but twice now, in the exterminate II mission (solo), I had wittled down the enemy ranks more than 80% of the way and came across a locked entrance to where the next batch of baddies were located.  After searching desperately for an alternate route, and with no other options, I had to abort the mission.  It's frustrating, to say the least.
