Yeah, i'm MR 28, have like 700+ logins (i don't always play daily) and i never got that Blueprint. Machate remains stubbornly as a MR trash item that is the only non-variant weapon that i haven't mastered (missing a couple syndicate, prime and Kuvas)
I got it like after playing around one month, didnt know it was that "rare", only knew it after a friend told me : D

But they also released the Harkonar Wraith Armor in Baros Inventory, and in the past the released some event only weapons like Dera Vandal or Latron wraith to invasions. So I dont see any reason why they shouldnt release the Ambulas Noogle

So, i was doing Event mission 3 of the Pacifism Defect event with two guys of my clan. One guy died at the score of 125 rescued people and didnt had any revives left.
We rescued the remaining 8 people succesful and headed to extraction which took about 2 minutes.
We extracted and got the mission score of 504 except the guy who was dead.
He got set AFK just because he was dead and unable to do something in 2 minutes!

I know its not worth it, but atleast you would know when you get it and there would be no need to wait for it to appear randomly
