  1. 1) The Instances area mess.
    I join an instance that tells me the Murex is at 40/100 and when I get there it is completely empty and the console says "No Murex Detected".
    I have to keep hopping instances until I find one where I can actually play.
    If I am doing something wrong, I have no clue what is it.

    2) How does the scoring work?
    I did a ground run where we took down 7 Condrix and we got more than 1000 points. Then I did another and we took down 9 and we got 900 something.

    3) We did a space mission and spent 10 minutes defending the OpLinks waiting for codes to be uploaded, nothing happened.
    Why nothing happened?
    We're just there, wondering if this was a bug or if we should do something that we're not doing.
    Eventually we got bored and frustrated and we aborted.

    4) The "squad link" mission features *zero* actual interaction with the other team. Do we even have another team? I see names and that's it.

    5) How do I join a space missions with other people?
    Do I need to get invited manually?
    Isn't there enough people?
    I have the impression that this hasn't been designed very well.

    I watched 3 videos, read the instructions, and still can't play, can't understand what is happening, can't understand if I should do something differently and what, this is frustrating.

  2. So the best reference I could get for the new formula is a screenshot from the devstream:

    Along the X axis we have the "shot status chance" and along the Y we have (I assume) "pellet status chance".
    The blue line should be after the tripling.

    At X = 100% the blue line is at about 30%.
    If I am reading it correctly, with the new system a shotgun with 100% status chance (in the old system?) should have 30% status chance per pellet.
    Which for the Kohm has an expected value of: 12 * 0.3 = 3.6 expected procs per shot, which seems quite nerfy.

    Now, with the changes in armor scaling maybe it won't be necessary any more to have a gazillion corrosive procs.
    Indeed, we are going to have a bit more freedom in how to mod these weapons, for example using Corr + Heat instead than Corr + Blast which all in all will be good.
    Still nerf (-sigh-), but I am curious to see what actually will happen.

    Right now, I'm getting a lot of procs.
    After the changes take effect, I /think/ I will get a lot less procs.
    After the changes Kohm will become quite useless.

  4. Per last Dev Stream, the 100% status shotgun singularity is going to get fixed.
    With it, I understand status chances for shotguns will be tripled.

    As a proud owner of a 100% status Kohm, I was curious about what this actually means.

    Before every single pellet would proc, which for the Kohm means 12 pellets = 12 procs per shot.

    I'm not sure what happens after the changes.

    With tripled status, the Kohm can hit above 300% status, but... that has to be divided by the pellets?
    Does this mean that I can /expect/ 3 procs per shot instead?
    In this case it's a massive nerf.

    Am I doing the math right?

    Shameless self plug: I'm launching my own website that allows to trade unrolled rivens: http://unrolled.pythonanywhere.com/
    The rationale is that, for unrolled rivens, stats are irrelevant, but the first two (otherwise great!) website force you to enter every stat of every riven you add.
    Most people are sitting on a huge pile of unrolled riven mods and can't be bothered to enter every stat for every riven they have.
    I also hope that it will help stabilize the price of rivens for a given weapon.

    (There are no offers now because I removed the beta flag like, two hours ago? I'll add my own rivens now. XD )

  7. I'm starting now to wrap my head around Melee 3.0 and thought I'd revisit some of the old weapons that have been gathering dust in my inventory.

    I understand that with Melee 3.0, crit is king and status not so much, so I was wondering how to best build a status-based, zero-crit dual sword like the Twin Basolk.

    So far my general ideas are:
    * Rift Strike is too slow to be worth using
    * Dual Sword stances don't offer much in terms of forced slash procs
    * Use Condition Overload in place of (Primed) Pressure Point unless fighting against status-immune enemies
    * Use Corrupted Charge if you don't plan to go melee-only and build a lot of combo

    Any other pointers?

    Both warframe.market and riven.market allow you to sell rivens but only if you enter all their stats.

    However, if a riven is unrolled, its specific stats are largely irrelevant.
    Plenty of people are sitting on huge piles of unveiled, unrolled rivens and just can't be bothered to enter all that irrelevant information for 40+ rivens when their sell price might be around 10p.

    I talked with both warframe.market and riven.market people and while they are interested in the feature, they don't have plans to implement it any time soon.

  12. Let me get this straight, the lich weapon is completely random so if the lich has a weapon I already have I must go through all the (ridiculous) grind for the lich and get nothing useful?

    I love Warframe and DE is a great company and I really want to be constructive, but really, someone at DE thought this would be a good idea?
